Cold, sloppy, and thrown together like they didn’t care at all. Ingredients were uneven, and the bowl looked (and tasted) like an afterthought. Definitely not worth the price—won’t be coming back. Went to this location few times and walked out cause they were like we don’t have rice, we don’t have chicken so what is a customer suppose to add in their bowl when the base & protein is not even there to be serviced. This location needs to be closed down. Or under new management. It was not worth 29$ for 2 of these.

Corporate needs to come down and personally check this place out. It’s disgraceful. I just picked up my lunch and the burrito was so small I thought it was a mistake. It literally fit in the palm of my hand. I had to check and see if they gave me a kids menu item. Then the burrito bowl was ice cold and looked like half it was missing. Do yourself a favor… take the extra step and go to the one on George Street in New Brunswick. They are amazing and exactly what you would expect to get when spend $22.87 for two items. Never again will step foot in this place.

I ordered for pick up at 11:30 today, fully aware I would be 5-10 min early but perfectly happy to wait quietly because this way I know my meal was just put together. Sure enough I get there at 11:21. I’m waiting quietly until I notice my name on one of the meals already prepared. I politely say “hey I know I’m a little early but I see my name in that meal.” Oh man, if looks could kill – the look I got from the kid making the meals was pure murder. He says to me “what time did you order for?” To which I again politely say that I know I’m a little early. He carries on doing other things for 2-3 more minutes while my food and about a dozen other people’s food sit getting cold, before finally bagging my stuff and handing it to me. Sooo, if I’d have ordered for 12pm instead of 11:30, would you *still* have made it at 11:20? And what’d ya know – cold.
Oh, and there was a giant ball of black hair on the floor next to the trash by the register.
I’d think with as many horrible reviews this store has that it would try to improve. But I’ll probably go back so joke’s on me.

DO BETTER …Every single person working at this location is annoyed you are there. They are so annoyed if you ask any question, they throw your food together and shove you out the door. If you try to be nice? It doesn’t pay .. Chipotle used to be my favorite place .. DO BETTER CORPORATE.. this is fixable.. if people don’t want to work and provide customer service than fire them. I dare you to do a secret shopper and you won’t be surprised of the horrible attitude you will receive

I like chipotle. I go often to various locations. Unfortunately, this one in particular is closest to my home and is by far the worst one in the area. I sometimes drive an extra 15 mins to go to a different location.
Once again, I order food, and against my better judgement I dodnt check the bag. I get home because I was in a rush. Open up the bag and no sour cream, no chimichuri sauce. Chips are stale, no options for onions and peppers (cause the guy who cooks it isnt there), rice is stale, service is slow, none of the refresher drinks are available, some of the sodas dont have syrup, and service workers seem annoyed to be there. Ive been in the food industry before, I understand having bad days but this is always consistent. No one is rude, but rather they all seem frustrated working there. It’s seems like this location has a bad manager or owner. Idk, its always a poor experience.

So I’ve been going to this chipotle for a few years now and the experience of paying for the portion that you are supposed to get has been fine until about 3 months ago where these employees want to act like their money is getting taken away each time they try to serve a good portion. Employees wanna under serve and the establishment still charge a crazy amount as if I was ordering a kids meal. What I’ve been seeing is employees scooping rice or chicken or steak etc and just knocking the spoon which makes some of the portion on it fall off and they serve it like they are portion control. I bet if it was vice versa and I was the one serving the employees and I only give them 4 pieces of a chicken and charge them double I’d be the one in the wrong right? Bottom line this location is so disappointing I hope these managers and restaurant owners change their ways

This place absolutely disgusts me. Starting with the employees, i could not believe the rudeness, attitude, and nasty looks I got for walking in an hour before they closed. It is almost like this location does not want customers. Moving on to the food, both kinds of rices were out, no protein, and no cheese. I get that they close in an hour but nothing was even cleaned yet. There was rap music blasting that is not appropriate for a store to play especially when people bring their children in here. Do better corporate, locations like this hurt the reputation, and employees like that should be fired

This location is the worst Chipotle in the area. The reviews speak for themselves as they are ALL HORRIBLE. It’s clear management doesn’t care as no issues have been resolved on this ongoing issue per reviews dating back to 9 months of the same issues. The staff always seems bothered with nasty attitudes and laziness. Out of food early and refuse to make more. Curious to know when the ACTUAL last call to make more fresh food is. They aren’t even properly trained as one worker didn’t know how to make a burrito and struggled for a long time. On top of the workers having friends sitting and talking while trying to take orders. Food portions are little when asked for more it seems like it’s an issue. It’s sad considering it’s in a good location to actually make good business. Seems like nobody will care until it’s too late avoid the area and drive to another location.
