I came into this establishment while it was quiet. The chips were too salty and not as crunchy as they should be. The ice on the Soda Machine didnt appear to be working and the only choice we could get is coca-cola as the rest of the choices were watered down as was the lemonade and other specialty drinks. The bowl that I got was Luke warm at best. The staff attentive, but lacked motivation in giving phenomenal customer service/quality control. I will not be returning to this establishment until it is cleaned up and the food quality standards are better.

I literally just walked out if there becuase of how dirty this place is. Other reviews are similar. If they can’t maintain a clean floor and empty the trash, I doubt they have time to clean the kitchen and keep it sanitary. Sorry. Can’t speak for the food, but the place speaks for itself.

I went in to order a Chicken Bowl. The line was back as far as the door which was surprising because the minute you walk in, the store looked like there was a major food fight among the workers.

I immediately knew I wasn’t going to order anything but I stayed in line to get a better look and to see if anyone was going to come and clean the tables, chairs, floor, garbage and counter (where you get napkins and utensils). Not one person came to the dining area to clean up the mess the entire time I was in line.

When I got to the counter to place an order, I asked to speak to the manager. I told the guy that said he was the manager that the condition of the store was unacceptable and that I couldn’t believe that anyone would want to eat there. He said they were really busy and did not have time or anyone to go and clean the dining area. I said “you need to do it!” I told him that cleaning a dining area that looked like there was a food fight or that looked like a bomb hit it, should be a priority. I asked him to come and see the tables and he came from behind the counter and looked. He went back but not to get wipes, broom, trash bags, etc. He went on working as if nothing was said to him. I left and waited to see if anyone was going to come and clean. Nope!

The reviews going back 8 months have the same complaints and pictures. Obviously the owner does not care because the only response to the MANY complaints is “reach out to us so we can help!” Why would the owner expect someone to reach out to them instead of going in there, managing the place, cleaning that place up or shutting it down!

This location is not managed well at all. The food is good portion size is a hit or miss.
I have eaten here many times always takeout. What is concerning, I’ve noticed on my last two visits that the counters are horrendous and dirty with food droppings and smears all across the counters. As each order is being made the food is dropping all over the food station. The food is open not covered so its exposed to germs and cross contamination. The counters are only wiped
if a customer request it to be clean and to add insult the towel is dirty and spears are still left. Its horrible on the other side where the mobile orders are prepared its definitely a lot of health & safety violations going on. Its a bad representation of the quality of environment and misrepresentation of What is advertised. The floors has food everywhere and tables throughout the restaurant is dirty and garbage is constantly overflowing me. It is my recommendation to use the common sense rule. New manage is needed to come put together a comprehensive action plan to represent the franchise products sold and overall environment atmosphere. There is a immediate need for teaching proper food and health & safety compliances. PROPER FOOD HANDLING. CROSS CONTAMINATION AWARENESS.

in my opinion should be sent to managerial training or fired immediately. Time to reshuffle the board and train staff and clean up this location. Starting with Full overhaul of the grill and stove area and vents. New garbage cans, New disposible microfiber cleaning cloths for food counter station.
Staff should change gloves after serving especially if soiled with food. Frequent disinfecting the tables and chairs. Keeping floor food free.
As a customer if I can see this and recommend these changes it says a lot about the internal intellectual culture efforts of representing the franchise brand which equal poor management.

I waited to have a sufficient sample size of visits before generating this review. This place is egregiously understaffed. The existing staff is not lazy. There simply are not enough workers here. The floor is dirty and the garbage cans are always overflowing. The soda machine is out of ice 8/10 times. All you need is a visit from a health inspector and you are going to get fined. Lots of people are out of jobs and looking desperately for a job, and you simply do not hire more staff to mitigate the aforementioned issues. Shame on management. We will not be coming to this location any longer.

Apparently the new manager for this franchise is named Marlene. Sign on the door states that they are open until 12:00AM, so after getting a bowl at 9:45pm – I sat down to eat. At 9:55pm staff said that the dining area would close in 5 minutes. Either you are open for business or you are not. Its misleading to post a time for business, and then make up misc. rules and changes to your service after money is spent. Last week all of the tables were filthy. Please sell the franchise or fix your service.

Just so everyone is aware of the ridiculous method they have if you mobile order your food for pick up… All you have to do is walk to the mobile pick up section and grab your food… No one makes sure its you or its your correct food. You just walk in and grab your food and go. I saw a 10 year old walk in and grab food and just walk out. Why am I saying this… ooo right because someone took my food….Then the girl working has the nerve to get upset with me like its my fault…no your policy is ridiculous… not hard to verify the correct people are picking up the CORRECT food.

The state of this establishment is deplorable. The health board must intervene and consider closure. I will never patronize this business again. The food was sloppily presented, the quality was unappealing, and the staff were inattentive. The soda machine was without ice, and asking for help was inconvenient. I will not return to this establishment. Also, will be calling the Union County health board, as I got very sick from this food. BEWARE this place has health issues.

The decline of this chipotle is pretty disheartening. The quality of the food has gone down. The care and sanitation of the environment has gone down. The chips were too salty to eat. The rice was too mushy to even finish. It pains me to spend my money at these takeout restaurants, and the quality is not considered. It was my own fault not to walk out sooner.

The smoke brisket hit this time. Service was normal, tables were kinda dirty during the rush lunch hour, made it work anyway. Can do better in some area but food was good so that matters the most.
