I ordered two veggie burrito bowls, and one of them had a piece of chicken in it. Why offer vegetarian items if the staff preparing the bowls are not careful about what goes into them? This is especially concerning for customers who avoid meat for dietary, religious, or ethical reasons.
On top of that, they consistently miss adding sauces or only include a very small portion of certain ingredients in online orders. It’s frustrating to pay full price and repeatedly receive incomplete or poorly prepared bowls.

I ordered takeout from this Chipotle 3-4 times in the last 2 months, portion sizes are less always, especially meats are very less. Tastes also not consistent, only some of the time it is delicious. Friendly staffs, place is clean (they’re cleaning frequently). Plenty of parking spaces available. Wish they improve the portion sizes and quality in future.

I have been buying veg chipotle take away for couple of months now from Chipotle at US-46, almost every weekend. Since last 3 weeks, they have been giving half the regular quantity, while charging same price for the take aways. First 2 times, I thought its a genuine mistake. But finally understood they are intentionally doing it. Lost the trust and decided never to buy from there. Advice for other take away buyers – please make sure to check quantity before leaving premises. Or, dont buy from them. Go to some other branch or prepare at home and have hearty meal.

Went to visit our local chipotle Grill again place always looks disgusting. Every time we go in tables are all dirty then also yes I had to experience undercooked rice. How can you get rice wrong with? That’s exactly one of your primary main food items. First, I love Chipotle food and eat it a few times a month, especially while traveling. I find it is consistent quality, real food. Why is my local store, the Parsippany NJ store, the poorest managed store in the chain? I arrived 2 hours before close tonight (9pm) and there was only 1 person helping customers. The manager walked around the entire time I was there taking temperatures of food containers, but at least 4 of the containers in the burrito line had nothing in them. 0 chicken, 0 fajita veg, 0 white rice… She did not try to help the lone burrito prep worker. The rest of the workers were mostly standing around talking. One worker was actually serving customers…. It took a long time to process the 5 people in front of me because she had to get more corn, rice, fajita veg, and literally 3 other things – with no assistance from the other 4 employees. Then the food was cold. Thr restaurant is always filthy and the kitchen is not kept clean. 1 employee who cares is not enough to run this store. We will find another option.

Worst experience. Got the take out twice and both the times rice was fully undercooked. So much undercooked that felt like I was eating raw rice. Very very very bad quality. Felt cheated by this joint who took money but gave low quality food. Would request everyone trying to buy food here – please dont waste your money. You can buy rice and cook it better at home, than paying these lazy guys and giving them business.

Very crowded when I arrived, which I would expect at dinner time. Employees were far more concerned with speed of service than quality of service. Saw employee take a customer’s phone to read an order because he wasn’t ordering fast enough. Tables were a mess, drink and condiment area a disaster. There were no forks or ice. Had to get fork from cashier but she refused to get ice for drink definitely would not return to this restaurant!

I went with my husband last night to eat, and let me start it was terrible.
1st. The girl seemed like she didnt even wanted to be there.
2nd. We were not even getting a scoop of anything, my husband burrito was wrapped twice idk why.
3rd. They were cursing in front of us.
4th. At any point I saw a manager, especially when they got a line of customers.
I hope, who ever is managing this chipotle store, do something about it. This was my 3rd time giving them a chance and now i can say , they definitely lost my business.

I had gone to chipotle yesterday, i got a chicken bowl, the service was fine however, i ended up getting food poisoning throughout the whole night. i don’t want to go into detail but i kept throwing up all the food along with having to use the bathroom constantly and been having intense stomach pain for about 8 hours now. I’m not sure if the meat was undercooked or how this happened, but i do not recommend. I couldn’t go to school because of how sick the food is making me.
