This Chipotle is always clean and I’ve never had a problem here. Staff is always friendly and personable and the service is always fast. Because of how fast it is, you would think you would feel rushed picking what you would like but that is not the case. Whoever is serving your food always makes sure they get everything right. The food is always delicious and warm and always presentable. Remember to always be nice to food service workers that are serving you because they work very hard to make sure you have a great experience and deserve to be respected and treated politely — like any human being would want to be treated. It’s sad a lot of people in this world fail to take that into consideration.

Stopped by today and had a wonderful experience. You can tell that this crew is all hands on deck! Once the line started to get busy, one of the associates Kevin immediately stepped in. Together they all kept the line flowing. I was in and out!! 10/10 would recommend again:)

Here is, another bad review for this location. My coworkers and I ordered lunch from this location for pick-up, when one of my colleagues goes to collect the order the MANAGER says “someone already picked up the order.” Listen, we understand mistakes happen, but the manager was not only rude and had a terrible attitude, he also did nothing to try to correct his mistake — let alone, own up to it. Clearly the order was given to the wrong person, and instead of just remaking the order he had given away he decided it was best to just waste our time and stated our order was too big to redo. Some people just lack management and people skills, and this location’s manager is the epitome of this. Don’t waste your time coming here. Clearly with reading other reviews, either you’re dealing with an employee with a nasty attitude or just plain old nasty food. Also, one star is being VERY nice… Google makes you leave at least one.

We ordered lunch with colleagues from Chipotle. When we went to pick our food up they suddenly asked for a confirmation number which they never did before, because they realized they gave our food order to the wrong person. Now instead of just apologizing and making our lunch orders again the manager (the one who gave away our food) said someone came up to the window and asked for the order by using my name. Mind you I am the only person with this name in the whole state of New Jersey. As the manager you try to fix the situation and find a solution but leave it up to the costumer to call costumer service and try to solve the problem and get lunch for everyone. The manager stated reason they couldn’t remake the whole order was because it was a large order and they would loose profit, which is mind-blowing since he was the one that gave our food away. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Management. It is ok to make mistakes, no one is perfect, but take accountability for your mistakes and learn from them. That’s what will make you a great manager, and not arguing with costumers and trying to cover up what you did. Will never be ordering from this location ever again!

It’s unpleasant to realize, they are getting richer by feeding you cheap meat that you can’t chew. Richer at your guys expense. Customers can feel everything. And the sandwich was not cheap It’s 20 bucks. I don’t like this feeling of being fooled around.

Updated review: 3 Stars from 5 previously. As I keep using their Chipotlane feature to pick up my order, it takes forever for someone to be at the window. I would brush it off if it was twice or three times, but it’s been more consistent with waiting in the drive thru just to pick up my food. Last time, I waited 8 minutes in the lane, only to just go inside to pick up the order. I know they used to have a sensor to ring a noise if theres a car, but I guess it stopped working. Even the staff either doesn’t care or is rude when asked about it. Bad service, but the food is good.

This chipotle was a joke. I order on grub hub. I accept the fact on Grubhub I’m going to pay a higher fee and stuff. I order Barbacoa. Food comes and bowl is incredibly light while I shake it. Bowl wasnt even half full. It was laughable I paid $16.35 for this size portion. Thankfully Grubhub refunded me. I’m not normally one to complain about portions but this was just pathetic in my mind.
