I had the worst experience ever ordering a cheese quesadilla to go. When I got to the car, it was literally shredded cheese wrapped up, not even melted. I took it back, and they acted like it was made correctly. Then, I opened the guacamole. It was brown, and as I moved the small one around, it got darker. There was even hair in it! I went back in and spoke to the manager. She or he had a nasty attitude, like I was wrong for telling me it was fresh when it clearly wasn’t. How would you argue when it’s clearly brown? The queso was old and dry, sitting there for hours. They need to do a health inspection in this place!

I’ve been to many Chipotles and never had this issue but this locations food was awful. Whoever is doing food prep is using entirely too much salt. Everything from the guacamole to the rice was ridiculously salty and it was sickening. Nothing tasted fresh, just an aftertaste of salt. Thankfully I don’t have any health issues that would be complicated by that, but this food would not be safe or healthy for someone who does. Please look into this food prep!

I was force to give 1 star to write this review! I am absolutely disgusted by what I experienced at this Chipotle. Friday July 18th 2025 While I was there, I was standing in line waiting to order when an employee was changing out the white rice and starting laughing & talking over the food and as he spoke, drool literally came out of his mouth and landed in the fresh batch of rice. I saw it with my own eyes, and I was horrified. I just got out of line. I didn’t speak to the manager because I had to be somewhere at a certain time I said I will call or just reach out to someone to please reply those cameras investigating needs to be done!
This wasn’t just a quick slip or mistake it was completely unsanitary and flat out disturbing. If this is what’s happening in plain sight, I can’t even imagine what goes on when customers aren’t watching.
I will never eat at Chipotle!!!! and I strongly urge everyone especially parents feeding young children to avoid this place at all costs. Food safety is basic. What I saw was completely unacceptable, and I hope others think twice before eating there. Chipotle should make their employees cover there mouth

Honestly the smallest bowl I ever got! I’m attaching the picture; it felt more as an appetizer than my lunch meal. Also the cashier was putting the lid on my containers without gloves; they need to be more careful about it especially when is someone who is handling payments!

Ordered delivery with my husband and they have the nerve to charge extra for brown . It was not fresh and they still put it in the food like it’s acceptable. They are quick to charge you, but are not as quick to fix their mistakes. A 3.6 rating is a pretty generous rating for the amount of inconsistencies and poor food quality that occurs at this Chipotle.

It’s unpleasant to realize, they are getting richer by feeding you cheap meat that you can’t chew. Richer at your guys expense. Customers can feel everything. And the sandwich was not cheap It’s 20 bucks. I don’t like this feeling of being fooled around.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The rice was hardened by the time I arrived in 5 minutes, THE MEAT WERE VERY SALTY, so I told them about those problems and they got me new bowls. Turns out they’re just horrible at making their foods. The last time I went was two years ago and I’ll never visit it again, even for the cheaper bowl options compared to other chipotle restaurants.
