Stopped by the Hoboken Chipotle and had a great experience! The service was top-tier—the staff was incredibly fast and friendly despite the rush. The atmosphere is cleaner and more organized than most locations I’ve been to. The food was solid and hit the spot, though I’ve had slightly fresher chips elsewhere. Still, the overall experience was 5 stars thanks to the team!

As a delivery driver, I’m sharing my experience with Chipotle Mexican Grill. They treat customers very well, but not delivery drivers the same way. Once you pick up an order, they often call you loudly to confirm it again, even if you already did. I understand that some drivers might eat or steal customers’ food, but not all of us are like that. Other restaurants treat delivery drivers with more respect.

Went in this past Friday night and they were obviously in the middle of a rush. That said you’d think, with that kind of turnover, the food being served would be hot and fresh. But, sadly, no it was not…cold, clumpy rice and cold black beans. The quesadilla was tasty but the chips were oily. Oddly, the chips were 2 different shades of done…sometimes the same chip. My friend agreed they really weren’t appealing or edible. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and this was the first where the chips were so bad. Luckily, I used the guac on the quesadilla. Also, the trash was overflowing so badly, it was spilling out on the floor. We had to leave our garbage on top of the receptacle. I wouldn’t really recommend this location in Hoboken at all.

I made an Uber eats delivery order around 3pm today. There were not one, but two bugs in my order. I threw it out and it begs the question of food safety and quality issues. What else is lurking in my burrito bowl?

Waited 35 minutes for our online order that was placed 25 minutes in advance. The store was empty except for online orders because only one individual was working on them as the other workers starting cleaning up to close. A complete joke! We get our food and it’s all messed up. Missing most topping including protein and the portions were tiny for chipotle. Also paid for guacamole but not was given. Not the first time I’ve had problems here but definitely the worst experience. Also can’t get ahold of anyone in the store for a refund so now I’m stuck with this nonsense

Qualify of the food has gone SO far downhill in the last few months.
If I a dollar for every time the rice is about 50% cooked (aka very hard), we’d have about $20. I just throw the bowl out at that point since it’s not edible. I’ve never asked for a refund – all I’m asking is you learn how to cook it for the future!! Plus, the chips are very stale about half the time. It’s honestly impressive how stale they are considering how many people come through the door and that should theoretically mean more turnover.
Used to eat here 1-2 nights a week and now I’m just writing this review SO MANAGEMENT FIXES THE QUALITY AND I CAN RETURN TO MY USUAL SCHEDULE THANK YOU!!

I stopped ordering from Chipotle when I discovered the digital menu prices are higher than the in-store prices. It was an easy decision since the in-store experience has fallen off the table and rivals the sensory experience of a dental visit.

Another chipotle trying to kick people out before their closing time. The guy working here kicked me and a woman out immediately saying we couldn’t eat here because he had poured bleach down on the floor. It’s 10:20pm and the closing time is at 11pm. He’s mopping with bleach in the dining room more than 40 minutes before close blasting his own music in the dining room. I used to work at chipotle and I know this is NOT what corporate wants. On top of that they refuse to replenish cheese, beans, and many other things so I pay $20 for a half ass bowl. STOP HAVING CERTAIN CLOSING HOURS if you’re NOT going to honor them.

What a joke this place is!
No rice (brown or white) was ready during lunch time so I had to opt for something I didn’t want.
Asked for guacamole to not be charged by Louisa (the manger) who said she could not do that but could provide me one bag of chips (with an attitude). I mean considering I didn’t order what I wanted she/store would be more accommodating but NO. I’m guessing she may need to go ‘manage’ availability of rice!
Whatever happened to customer service esp without the chip on the shoulder when doing so.
This place is also (had an opportunity to look around while waiting) dirty and not well managed considering how many staff I saw.
The sheer volume of delivery people here also sucks the atmosphere out from these fast food establishments. It’s really annoying to be frank.
Considering I’ve been coming for years this place really isn’t managed well nor does anyone come out and tell people what’s happening.
Look at the line…

I do come to this chipotle quite often in town and unfortunately after getting a bowl this evening, I became sick a little while after eating it. I don’t know if potentially the chicken wasn’t cooked enough, but after reading other reviews it seems to be an issue that the location has been having on quality/cooking times.
