I stop by this Chipotle from time to time since it’s one of the closer locations to both home and work. Came in for the $6 Halloween deal and it was definitely packed, but the experience was still solid. Portion size was good — which can be hit or miss at some locations — and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a reliable spot when I’m craving Chipotle.

I ordered a chicken bowl to go. I can’t believe how salty the entire bowl was as if the employee who was on duty decided to let his/her anger/frustration onto customers’ taste buds. It was simply inedible.
This is my last visit to this franchise doesn’t matter the location. The customer service refused to rectify the situation either. No wonder this franchise is going down the drain of no return.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. I was told there was no carne asada available, even after the team member directly behind the counter said he was cutting it up to the server. After my bowl was sealed and packaged, the server deliberately held the carne asada back to give it to someone he clearly knew, saying it was “only for that bowl” when questioned. It got worse when we asked to buy vinaigrette. One employee told another (in Spanish) not to bring any out, even though there was some in the fridge. Only after pressing did another staff member grab one, for 2 bowls. The lack of professionalism, the dismissive behavior, and the intentional language switch to fake confusion or limit transparency was absolutely unacceptable. Especially when it’s understood by those they are trying to purposely manipulate. The staff at this location needs immediate retraining on basic customer service, communication, and respect. They are unprofessional and will eventually run this business into the ground.

I went to Chipotle today around 7pm. They served me 3 bowls and my white rice was raw. it was hard and crunchy and not eatable, and when I try to call and explain my issue they refuse to give me customer service and aren’t handling this issue.

I asked for chicken. They didn’t have it. So I asked if I can do Barbacoa instead. They said yes and served the food but charged extra. When I tried asking, the host Anayeli was very rude and dismissed me.

Horrible service. This chipotle has sucked since it opened when I was in fortlee high school. Worst serving portions , stale chips & the workers have THE AUDACITY to tell you , they have no cheese or carne asada at 9:25 PM. THEY CLOSE AT 11 PM FOR GODS SAKE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THEN QUIT. I live in fortlee & I’d much rather drive to Hackensack or edgewater for chipotle because the one in fortlee is ALWAYS & I mean ALWAYS A disaster. Hasn’t changed for 8 years. Shut this place down. The manager has no idea how to train or hire a staff.

I ordered a chicken bowl when I walked in. I was about 90% done with my food, and then I remembered I had chicken in my bowl. There was so little chicken in there, i forgot there was any in there at all!
On top of their stinginess and attitudes, i went to grab a spoon, and there was a mysterious brown liquid in the spoon holder. Also no napkins to be seen. Going downhill real fast.

The food is inconsistent. I went the other day and the rice was undercooked. I then went to a store down the road and the owner there told me he went there and his meat was undercooked and he just spit everything out. Something needs to be done.
