I’ve ordered from many Chipotle locations in NYC and New Jersey for lunch and dinner, so I definitely have something to compare this to. Unfortunately, this location has by far the smallest portions I’ve seen.

Normally, employees give about two full scoops of protein (like chicken). Here, I watched them put half a scoop — maybe ¾ at best. I asked for a normal portion, and they added another half scoop like it was a big favor. That’s honestly crazy.

The most frustrating part is the portion size. If I’m getting half the food, I wish I could pay half the price.

Lines are also slow and poorly managed. In the city, it takes about 15 seconds per customer. Here, it’s closer to a full minute per person, and with 10–15 people in line, you’re waiting at least 10 minutes.

I’ve noticed that ordering online might get you a slightly better portion, but it’s inconsistent and shouldn’t be a gamble.

Overall, between the tiny portions and slow service, this location really needs improvement.

Small portions, wrong orders, and bad attitudes. First time I went here they forgot my chicken in my salad. Second time I ordered was by accident because I forgot to change locations. But nonetheless the portion size was missing a quarter of the bowl. It was full of romaine hearts and barely any chicken. And the forgot my chips. I had to go back in and ask for them after noticing they weren’t in the bag when I got to the car. They need to do better!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the experience I had at this Chipotle today. I walked in a little before 5:00 PM during peak dinner rush and stood in line for 40–45 minutes. By the time I finally made it to the front, I was exhausted and hungry, only to be told by an employee that there was no chicken and that there would be no chicken for the rest of the day.

This was incredibly upsetting. Chicken is the only protein I eat, and I hadn’t eaten all day. I didn’t wait nearly an hour just to be told I could eat rice and guacamole. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the exact opposite — that they actually DID have chicken and asked me to wait about five minutes while it was prepared.

I waited 15 minutes, sitting there hungry and confused, while I watched other customers being served chicken right in front of me. No one acknowledged me. No one came to help. I eventually had to walk back up and ask again, and the staff looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about.

To make matters worse, the same employee who initially told me there was no chicken looked at me, smiled, and said “have a nice day.” That felt dismissive and disrespectful after everything I had just gone through.

This experience was unacceptable — especially for a regular customer and someone who has worked at Chipotle before and understands how things should be handled. No one should be treated this way after waiting so long. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and extremely disappointed.

Today I bought bawl with Chicken and Rice for my son who is allergic to various things, they charged me $8.50 for one table spoon of Rice and one serving chicken. When I ask Cashier about little quantity and over priced he argued with me. Pathetic ! Fully loaded bawl is for $10 and small amount of Rice and Chicken for $8.50 ?

The food was a mess. Asked for extra chicken they gave us none whatsoever. They barely put all carnitas in my tacos and smashed my tacos in the package. They are rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO THERE.

If you go to this business and this guy is on his work shift, well I have to tell you that you are very lucky, I have two years eating at the same chipotle and a few months ago I started to see this guy working there, this guy has been very attentive, friendly and respectful to me, I asked him his name and his name is Dolki, chipotle needs more people like that, people who have a passion for what they do.

every time I’ve been to this specific location, the workers are always dirty, rude and quite honestly doing an awful job. I’m making the food. Not to mention anytime you order off the app through the store they will serve you two our old food, That won’t get to your house until three hours after you ordered it. The fact that that’s happened to me three times here but nowhere else shows that this location in these workers are the issue. DONT COME HERE ITS DIRTYYYYYY

I just went inside and got two bowls to go. The food had no flavor, no salt or seasonings on the chicken. It was a horrible experience in general the place is dirty. The workers should be ashamed of their selves for serving me this awful food. I grabbed the root beer drink and that tasted better than the actual food unbelievable. This made me not want to come back to this location at all, if I can give a 0 stars I would.

Slowest service ever… this place has gone down hill… used to be good, but has lost is mark… placed an online order and it said it was complete and ready to pick up….I got there and there were people waiting over an hour for their order! What in the world?! When I finally got my order, there was still someone there when i got there… so they have been waiting for 2 hours by that time… ridiculous.

There has to be a better way. Do some a root cause analysis and figure out a way to improve the pick up order process. Having your system communicate to customers that the order is ready and then have to wait for over an hour is ridiculous. It needs to communicate delays or communicate real time wait times…

I went to the Chipotle on 380 NJ-3, and my experience was terrible. I specifically asked for a veggie bowl, and they ended up sending me one with chicken inside, didn’t find until I had a bite. This might seem like a small mistake to some, but it completely ruined my meal as it’s not just dietary restriction but religious too. It’s not like I just casually asked for veggies—this was a very clear order, and they still messed it up.
The staff didn’t seem to care much about making it right, and the whole situation was really frustrating. If you want your order made properly, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
