Worst food served all the time . Sometimes either their chicken is tooo salty and sometimes the rice is under cooked and most of the times they run out of stuff like beans veggies and guacamole but always charge you full. Was so hungry and try to get a to go dinner and worst experience ever. This is not the first time. MANAGEMENT CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I order takeout on the app almost every Friday from the drive-through window and all the employees that I have interacted with are so friendly and kind. My order is always ready on time when I get there after work. My steak bowl is always made just the way I like it. More than anything I appreciate the amazing customer service.

The staff acted like customer service is bothering them. I visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location today and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience. I usually order a veggie bowl and avoid sauces, but this time I asked what the red sauce was made of before deciding to add it. I simply wanted to know the ingredients due to dietary concerns.

The employee looked at me confused, looked at the cashier and made eye contact like I asked her a silly question and she and the cashier started laughing, which made me feel embarrassed for asking a completely normal question. At a restaurant, especially one that serves customizable food, customers should feel comfortable asking about ingredients, particularly when allergies and food sensitivities are common.

Im a chill customer and wasn’t rude; I just wanted information about what I was eating. Professionalism and basic customer service go a long way. I hope management reminds staff that respectful communication matters. And especially at a food place people are gonna ask you common sense questions especially regarding what’s in the ingredients to avoid allergies and health concerns. It shouldn’t sound like an out of blue question that the workers expect not to be asked? And later think it’s okay to laugh about it and still not answer the question expected you to ignore the option and move on with the order. Worst customer service, worst chipotle location. Save yourself the trip.

They only had one person working the food line at peak lunch hour. They didn’t have any more green peppers so I had to settle with what was left at the bottom of the bowl.

When I got home to eat, the chicken was extremely salty. And I love salt, it was far too much for me. Be prepared if you come to this place

Let me start by stating this is the worst representation for a chipolte restaurant ever.
The counters were dirty and smeared with food residue leading down to the register. The food station was nasty with food all around the open bins and all over the display window. I watched as the employees were fixing orders and sliding the trays right across the contaminated counter like it was clean. No one changed there disposable gloves as it was touching the dirty counter. So germs were just being spread everywhere. No one cleaned the counter, they just kept going. If that was the manager yelling move the line saying pick up the pace, then he should have been more worried about the cleanliness and santitary guidelines. To add the grill was disgusting it look like it has never been cleaned and it had a mound of excess grease and burnt dripping piled up on the back of stove while food was cooking not to mention its in the sight line of the customers when you walk in on line. There were so many health and safety violations in which I blame the manager. As a leader you should assure that you are leading by standards and proper protocols. This was my first & last time going to this location and I encourage others to go in at your own risk. As for the food the rice was hard and the meat dry. I wasted money I did not eat it. No thank you.

Only saving grace is the food and the one mobile order employee who gives good portions. Management has too many people standing up front doing literally NOTHING while the one mobile employee is swarmed with orders. Manager needs to get sacked immediately.

Worst food I ever had in chipotle, total quantity is very less, rice half cooked and tomato’s are not seems fresh.. when paying extra for double chicken he added less again.. not worth it.. not going here anymore

The girl with the pink hair is always SO RUDE!! Every time I order here without fail she gives me a nasty attitude. Today I was 5 minutes early to pick up my order, I arrived at 8:05. There was no one behind me in line. She then opens the window asks for my name, then turns around to her coworker and in Spanish asks why I would come so early. She then opened the window again and told me to get out of the drive thru and come back because my pick up time was at 8:10. This isn’t the first interaction I’ve had with her, every time she is working she is disgusting, and I have multiple friends who have had the same complaints. One time she shoved my bag and bowl through the window, and when I checked the bowl I saw that there was no sour cream (which I paid extra for). When I asked for sour cream, she got very aggravated and began to raise her voice, saying “WE DON’T HAVE SOUR CREAM, IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU!” And I was confused bc she didn’t at any point inform me that there was no sour cream, nor offer to replace it with another topping. She also rolls her eyes, and is quick to shut the window in the customers face. Very rude. She makes this location awful to come to. I spoke to the manger in store today, and was told that a conversation would be had with the rude worker, however I don’t feel a conversation is enough at this point. Anywhere else if a server had an attitude as repulsive as hers, they would be fired.

I want to provide feedback on my recent visit to this Chipotle. While most staff were friendly and helpful, I had a negative experience that affected my visit.

When we arrived, the chicken on display looked dry and was at the bottom of the tray. Fresh chicken had just come off the grill, and my husband requested that instead. The cook reacted with attitude—rolling her eyes and speaking to her coworker in Spanish, saying, “Why can’t he eat that?” She then delayed preparing the chicken, stepping away to take a drink while we waited, which caused our food to become cold.

While I was asking the cashier how much longer it would take and explaining that I was waiting for the chicken, the cook came to the counter uninvited in a combative manner. She spoke to me with attitude, did not apologize for the wait, and made comments about only having two hands and working since early morning. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and it seemed she assumed my African American husband wouldn’t understand what she was saying.

I want to note that the other staff, especially the cashier, were polite and apologized for the delay. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the cook’s behavior, and the quality of our food suffered.

Went Sunday with my niece for lunch. First thing is the places for people to sit and eat were all dirty as well as the fountain drink area. While the food is ok the price of 2 burritos and 2 drinks for $35 is overpriced. Then a customer asked for extra meat on her order and instead of just adding the meat the worker threw the order out and started another. Seems kind of a wasteful practice since food waste is a significant issue. Disappointed and don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
