Quality of food is inconsistent. Today, I got the burrito bowl, the rice was undercooked and the chicken was so salty I could not eat it. Disappointing since I love Chipotle and this location is the only one in the area.

We stopped at this Chipotle location yesterday, on our way home. Originally I was going to leave a very positive review based on the friendly service we received. However, later on and many miles away, I noticed something. Both my friend and I got bowls and noticing on the menu that guacamole was almost 3 dollars extra, I decided not to get it, because my friend was paying for the meal. I am not a regular chipotle customer and didn’t immediately give a thought to the letters that were written in marker on the lid of my bowl. But thinking about it later, it is obvious that the G was for guacamole which I did not get, but my friend paid for anyway. I’m sure this was not intentional but unfortunate nonetheless. It would have been nice to have clean tables available as well.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m usually not overly impressed. However you look at it, it’s still fast food They do better than most fast food places. I would much rather eat at Chipotle than Taco Bell. This location has a drive-through which makes it convenient. It was clean inside when I went to pick up my order. The staff is always friendly. I ordered a Guajillo steak bowl. The steak was very flavorful, just wish there was a little more steak included. The portion of food was a lot more than I was expecting overall. Sadly, it was cold when I picked it up. You can see in one of the photos the cheese never melted. I usually have some small issue with my order when I go here. That is the reason I rarely come in.

Delicious as usual and carnitas tasted very fresh as well as chips which werent overly salted. I asked for a bowl and when he put in one scoop just asked for extra carnitas which he gladly did without charging me for extra. When i got to the cashier it got chaotic because he was handling a lot of ppl at once and couldnt manage us and didnt complete my order until the other ppl completed theres so i had to wait. Didnt give me a receipt as well and also he said he coudlt give any change whcih was a lie because he did and when someone asked him to change a $50 bill he got quite angry and reluctantly did it. He didnt want to give change because he was lazy and he needs much more effeciency and patience. Moreover as usual chipotle was short on a lot of stuff. Not the best service but do recommend this location overall because it is convenient

I’ve been to other locations before but was hesitant to go to this one due to the reviews after it first opened. I finally tried it a few days ago and I had no issues with my online order! I saw a lot of reviews mentioning the small portions but I think they’ve fixed that issue considering the fact that this was the heftiest bowl I’ve ever had (I mean that in the best way possible) It was delicious, my online order was ready at the time I selected, and I will definitely be going back!

I have posted last year about this same location. Unfortunately, they didn’t like my review and blocked me, so I have to use my partners phone to leave this review. He’ll get blocked too.
We went back and decided to try this location again last Sunday. Well… even worse this time. We went at approximately 8:30pm. We ordered 4 chicken burritos and a bowl. We were given for two of the burritos. In them were the very LAST dried up scrapings of chicken. I got a scoop. My.partner got about 1/2 a scoop. We continued (Unfortunately) with the order. Everything was dried out and at the bottom of the bin… They had barely anything left, so it was the luck of the draw. When it came to guacamole… the usual…absolutely lnone left. I had to go to Stop ‘n Shop to buy that separately.
We ordered the rest of our items. The 2 burritos and the bowl. Thankfully, for my son’s there was new chicken to be had. Everything else scrapings. Ordered 2 bags of chips. One had normal amount. The other… 1/4 filled??? Was that their snack bag???
There’s absolutely no management running any of hese locations. Just kids who don’t really care. And it shows….
There’s no way to contact the higher ups. There’s business cards at the locations, but numbers are turned off. There’s no recourse. I sent an email. Absolutely NO response back….They obviously don’t care about their customers satisfaction.
This franchise (all of them) has no care or concern for their customers. They hide in plain sight.

i’ve always had pretty good meals here. it’s not phenomenal, but i can’t complain too much when you order from a chain restaurant. the portions are way too small and the tables are ALWAYS dirty so i never sit inside and eat. id much rather eat in my car. however, the food is flavorful and their guac is too die for!

This was my first time eating at a chipotle. The food tasted great, and the burrito was quite good for a fast food restaurant; however, soon after consuming my meal, I began to feel stomach upset and experienced diarrhea. Though I do not have any definitive evidence that the diarrhea was caused by the food, the connection is quite clear. Additionally, one of the staff members failed to serve mixed rice despite a clear order being placed. In summary, the food was tasty and cost-effective for the portion size but not worth risking your digestive health.

My wife and I have given this location a few tries but tonight’s visit was the most atrocious. As she has worked at Chipotle before she knows how thing should be. Ingredients aren’t cut small enough, lots of contamination on the line, chips are always stale, workers are lazy. We tried today because I really do like chipotle, but in her bowl there was 3 pieces of cut up glove, which I will be posting a picture of. Who wants to pay almost 12$ for gloves in their food? And when she asked to speak the manager discreetly and considerately to not disrupt the huge line of customers, the worker said he would have her come to our table. She never came, but continued to stare our way. This place is a disgrace. Do not go to this location.
