We came here for a family lunch. The store was big and spacious, relatively clean, lots of tables available for dining. The store wasn’t busy, there were only couple more customers. We got two bowls and a kids meal. The associates were super quick and friendly. One of them even gave my daughter extra cheese for kid’s meal.
I loved the taste of my honey chicken bowl. The guacamole and vinegar dressing both were excellent. My daughter loved the tacos, cheese, rice and chicken. We all enjoyed our lunch.
The soda machine was only disappointment as it didn’t have enough carbohydrate gas, so the drinks were sugar water.

The staff are lovely. They give proper portion of the food not stingy at all. Standard menu in the location, chicken, beef, pork, burritos, bowls, salad etc. Standard tastes like other places.

It’s Chipotle, so for food u know what to expect. This review is about the incompetence running the place. Lady had to run my card 4x at checkout. First because she’s not paying attention to my order. 2-4x because she has no clue how to work a register. Then on to the fountain drink. Any ice…’ oh, no, our ice machine is broken’…something maybe you could put on the machine or tell people? Ok fine, coke with no ice…oh wait, the coke is Diet Coke, so the wrong syrup is hooked up. I give up…would have got my money back on the drink had it not been 4 more receipts for me to send in on an expense report. Some people are destined for a career at Chipotle…but not the one working the cashier!

Can’t get a human if you try to call the store, if you call corporate they make you jump through hoops and 4 steps to get a refund. Go to moes across the street, haven’t gotten metal objects in their food.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, but today the experience was disappointing. The associate preparing my burrito bowl was unfriendly and kept making faces whenever I asked for something. She even went to the back to add an item, which made me wonder if she used old food. I’ve never had an experience like this here before. I hope she can improve her customer service, because one person can ruin the reputation of the whole location.

Their attitude is insane. Taina was my server and she had an attitude the entire time. I asked for a double tortilla cus she literally could not roll up my burrito, but then commented, “well if it wasn’t so much stuff, we would do 1”. Then I asked to use my reward from the app, she rolled her eyes like I was getting the food for free. I don’t know why work here or in any food industry if you will be serving with an attitude for no reason at all. The manager was also there and was just adding on. I was honestly so embarrassed to be treated that way but kept my mouth shut and walked out. Never again.

Got a takeout order, that was picked up by my coworker. I was very displeased with what I received. The chicken was burnt, the guacamole was brown, I got chips and guac, and I only got about a handful of chips. (Not exaggerating there was 12 chips I could count Them individually) as well, I have been to this location in person. I would say half of the time that I’ve been there they’ve been missing ingredients, guac, sour cream, etc. Definitely unsure I’d ever go to this location again

Southington Chipotle I’m so disgusted. Will never order chipotle again. Placed online order and not once but twice there was a hair in my food. I contacted the 1-800 number to inform them and stated will contact store manager and I get a coupon for a free item that says please try us again which couldn’t believe this happened again.

Southington CT Chipotle is absolutely horrible. We like Chipotle food and we did get good food there before but this was long time ago. Lately every time we go there they are out of food. We were there few weeks ago and was after 9PM and I can undersrand they are running out of food at that time but that shouldn’t be their excuse. Today we were at dinner time and there is no beans, no salad, no shreded chees. They were scraping bottoms of the pots for food. Save your time and money try another Chipotle location or go to Moe’s. New Chipotle restaurant just open up in Bristol CT should be worth checking out. My neighbor told me that he doesn’t go to Southington restaurant anymore. He said Torrington restaurant is best and then Canton second but could be hit or miss. I won’t be visiting Chipotle restaurant in Southington CT any time soon, to bad because we enjoy Chipotle food.
