I feel bad to post negativity because I do love a chipoltle bowl. Unfortunately this chipoltle is always terrible. The chips are stale, food isn’t fresh. The drink and condement area was obviously unkept. Tables left dirty. Everytime I have ordered they are out of toppings. I know the toppings can add up but is it really chipoltle with half of them missing? They were completely out of utensils, I was told to go to jersey mikes for a fork.

This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It is always FILTHY- no matter what time of the day you go. Food all over the counters, food that clearly has dropped into other food, dirty drink station, dirty tables. Also, it doesn’t matter how many people are working there, they are always out of food and they never ask the person on prep to start more. All of the workers I’ve encountered act like it’s their first day working there and they have no idea what they are doing. Just walked out of there for the last time because there was about 7 people in front of me and instead of working on one or two orders at a time they were working on all 8 of ours but no one’s order was getting finished. Workers were tapping out for other workers and then they would have no idea what’s going on with our food because someone else started it.
There seems to be no leadership there. No one telling them to clean, when/what to prep, or how to proficiently take orders. Literally go anywhere else for lunch.

This place is an absolute dump! Everyone is behind the counter standing like robots while every table is filthy, the floors have trash all over them! Not one of the employees came out to clean the place. They just stand around waiting for customers and do nothing but talk! Not a single person in like and not one worker comes out to clean up. Time to set standards or ur sure to continuously lose business.. it’s like eating at a dump!! Definitely not coming back!!

I have not ordered from Chipotle in over a year, for no other reason than just not ordering from them-nothing negative!
I ordered their new Chipotle honey chicken and it does have a bit of a spice kick.
I didn’t have a scale around lol, but I can tell you it weighed at least a couple of pounds
A layer of white rice, black beans, Chipotle honey chicken, a salsa, I got extra sour cream, romaine lettuce and for signing up on the app I got a free guacamole which was added to the dish.
There is also a corn salsa but I opted out of it.
It is really good!
I came out to at least three servings for me.
The only complaint I have is there is not enough chicken and I kind of wish the chicken was more sliced than shredded.
But I would definitely order it again.

The woman there threatened me in Middletown then called the police on me a black woman. She was a white woman who threatened me. This location is horrible only because I questioned her about the meat when they overcharged me for one bowl and a side of avocado and chips, they tried to charge me $37 Where I come here every week I want justice this chipotle needs to be closed. This lady needs to be fired. She’s so disrespectful. She threatened me and I will be pressing charges. Don’t go to this chipotle couldn’t go in to get her name because when I went to get her name, the officer grabbed me and arrested me. She called them so quick they had to be in the next parking lot horrible after you threatened somebody and then don’t wanna deal what they do after you threaten him. A shame should do better. I’m no longer shopping here. I hope y’all don’t need horrible service.

I ordered thru grubhub for my 12 lunch, my order was not delivered until 2pm. I kept getting updates saying my order was running late. I ordered a salad and it was about 10 pieces of lettuce, plastered with hot salsa that was not ordered, a sprinkle of meat, and a sprinkle of cheese. I was also provided with literally a sprinkle of dressing. I attempted several times to contact the establishment and no answer.

My boyfriend and I came to get lunch/dinner. There was one single employee who was amazing named Ian serving the whole line, while 6 or 7 other employees sat by the cash register chatting and laughing. Meanwhile the dining area was so dirty we couldn’t even sit down and eat, there were no utensils, and no lids for cups. Ian needs a raise just for dealing with that disrespect acting like he doesn’t even exist. Y’all need new employees who actually care about your establishment

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s disgusting every time I come in. No matter what time of day I visit, they never seem to have the basic ingredients to make a bowl — no rice, no meat, nothing. The staff doesn’t seem concerned about restocking or serving customers properly. It’s really disappointing and frustrating. This location should be closed down.

Ordered pickup tonight for one sofritas burrito bowl and one barbacoa burrito. When I opened the bag, there was a barbacoa bowl, and a single tortilla, empty, wrapped in tinfoil. I called the phone number for the restaurant on Google Maps to ask for a refund, but you can’t talk to a human being at the location. Instead, if you have an issue with your order, you are directed to talk to their chatbot through a link in your email receipt. So I talked to the chatbot, and it gave me QR codes for two free entrees. Needless to say, I don’t intend to use those codes at the Middletown location.
