Food is delicious. I ordered a kids quesadilla with chicken and the portions were amazing for the price, ONLY 5.80!! It is was pretty large!! We went 15 minutes before closing (I’m so sorry, I hate being that person) but the service was fantastic. The two women greeted us nicely and were kind the entirety of the time we were there. They also had every option still available when we got there. For only $14 my boyfriend got a huge bowl with a lot of food. That man never gets full but he still had a few bites left. If I could give 10 stars I would.!! Only complaint was the music was too loud, I felt bad for the employees lol hopefully they aren’t prone to headaches.

I’m more mad at myself because I keep giving this place another chance, only to be extremely disappointed, dine in, take out, or grub hub. It’s all been extremely disappointing. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, kids that clearly take zero pride or responsibility for their job and environment. Seem to be mostly unsupervised by a capable manager. The place is dirty, out of stock of many items reguarly.. I can go on… I don’t understand how these places can continue to exist.

This has to be the worst Chipotle that I have ever had the great displeasure of setting foot it. First, they were out of my first two bowl options (steak and veggie). I think my bowl was half the size of a normal bowl, but I somehow was still overcharged. The soda machine was broken. The chips were burnt to a crisp. The staff generally had no idea what they were doing. The tables were disgusting. In summation, anything that could have possibly been wrong here, was wrong.

I struggle with liking this location. I love Chipotle and this locations food is just eh. Until this past Wednesday I went in for lunch around 1pm and it had to be the best bowl I’ve had in a long time. Whoever worked that shift please give them a raise and have them train everyone. The bowl and al pastor was so flavorful and the chips were perfectly salty with a hint of lime. I don’t write reviews at all but this bowl was so good and I couldn’t find a way to contact the store directly. 4 stars until they reach this flavor level consistently. Thank you for satisfying my chipotle craving

Single worst Chipotle I’ve ever had the great misfortune of experiencing. Staff was rude and had no clue what was going on, overcharged for food made incorrectly. Were out of steak and guacamole. The chips were burned. Soda machine wasn’t working, no napkins, had to go get paper towels out of the bathroom. Lady in front of me in line was being rude and normally I wouldn’t condone a Karen, but she was the only other form intelligent life on the premises. 10/10 Karen, I salute you ma’am.

Chipotle made us so sick, the food seemed fine, but my stomach still has not recovered. After complaining, the Corp office reached out to me one time, left me a VM and has not responded back to me since after several attempts. Check the FDA lawsuits against them and don’t eat there!

I enjoy a good chicken pastor burrito bowl from Chipotle but tonight felt like I was on an episode of punked! Upon arrival the line went out the door and the lady behind me kept talking out loud to herself about how horrible this place was to the point that we wrote her off as a bit cray cray. Once I got to the counter to order, even though there were six emoyees in sight, only one person behind the counter making dishes. He struggled to remember items even a couple seconds after I ordered which made making one burrito bowl about 10 min. Long. Then I ordered a kids taco for 5.95 and he asked how many I wanted, so I said whatever comes for 5.95. He proceeded to make three tacos, so I asked if that was kids and he said yes. Then they ran out of lettuce, and were more stingy than I’ve ever seen with ingredients. I went to pay and when the cashier gave me the receipt I noticed I was charged for regular tacos. I brought the tacos back and explained I ordered kids tacos at which point he told me there are no kids tacos. I pointed to the menu at the item and he told me no that’s not what I ordered. I explained no that was what I ordered but not apparently what I got. He then told me I was yelling and being disrespectful and that he couldn’t give me a refund and that he wasn’t even the manager he was helping out then stormed away. I sat the counter waiting for about another 5 min for someone to come back but they hid! Then I turned to my friend and said I guess I’ll call the police and report this to my credit card. Then someone came from the back and told me he would either give me the refund or make a kids taco. I took the refund and got out of there as fast I could! I’m also second guessing what I thought was a lack sanity of the lady behind me but I think she had their number lol. Never will I step foot in here again and I live and work locally! Very sad.

If I had the option, I would prefer to leave a review with 0 stars because this place absolutely sucks. The staff didn’t know how to make the kids meal tacos, forgot to give me the side that comes with kids meal. I had a coupon for chips and side and got charged for the chips. The lady tells the customer ahead of me that pico de gallo is free of charge and charged me for the same. The shift manager didn’t even fill up the containers enough for the side. No napkins. I usually don’t read reviews before going to a local chipotle but please read the reviews for this location. Worst chipotle experience ever.

Better than Groton upon entering. Food was ok. The girl at the line was informative when I asked about the new chicken Al pastor. Only thing is I was absolutely shocked that my and husbands bowl and one soda cost us 36$! Way to overpriced for me to want to dine here regularly.
