The dining room was a hot nasty mess so I took my food home. I’ll never go to this location again lol
That said, I have never had a good experience at this Chipotle. The staff is disorganized. They are more concerned with socializing, than servicing their customers. As a leader, I am not bound to a “30-minute” lunch per se’, but I am also a person who wants to get lunch, with little inconvenience, but the last four times I have been here, that has not been the case.
The atmosphere is cringey and prison vibeish. Every table is dirty. The front door doesn’t work. Trash cans are overflowing, half the utensils are missing, and a glass bottle of coke doesn’t even come with a, “would you like that opened?”. This is at 12:45pm, lunch, most likely a Chipotle “rush hour.” Seriously? The place looks like it was unprepared and is a pig pen.
The food in traditional Chipotle form, is good. Typical of what you’d expect. I noticed the line staff sliding customer burrito shells repeatedly across the stainless edge in front of the bain marie. Kinda disgusting. Then, someone with a wet rag sporadically wiped off parts. Was it clean, disinfected, meeting sanitary standards? I’d like to hope so, but what I saw, wasn’t giving me any optimism. So, I got a bowl.
Summary. Whoever is running the shift needs to get their act together. Train and staff the team on the line, have someone clean for God sake, teach the team the importance of game time periods and preparing before and cleaning up after, and getting them to understand that the customers are the reason they have jobs.
Oh, and they were only taking card, or exact change. The icing on the cake. Thanks for every possible inconvenience.
I don’t really recommend it. It’s ok in a pinch.
I never leave reviews but I just have to. We just got home and my son is missing his drink and chips. My wife’s order looks like it was just slopped on her tray and messy. LISTEN TO THIS PART! My son got a quesadilla with NO CHEESE two tortillas flattened together with no cheese at all. HOW can you mess that up?! Makes no sense at all. Actually it does, while we were in line we heard the employees laughing and playing around saying that rolling a burrito is like rolling a blunt. They must have been too damn high to mess up this much on our orders. Completely disappointing to pay over $35 on a few things to get home and see this. Whoever the crew on shift at 4/28/25 7:30 need a talk by management.
Edit: as I sit here and write the review I overheard that they ran out of sour cream too, so whoever is in charge of ordering is not doing there job
2nd edit: As I was sitting here I noticed that they had cheese for their mobile order station but they were telling people they didn’t have cheese. This place is so poorly managed that it is laughable.
Do not go here unless you are a corporate representative of Chipotle or the health department looking for a stressful visit.
My photos do no justice. I didn’t want to take a picture of the kids working there.
Service – Staff seems lost and not paying attention to what customer order is (ordered Adobo ranch but didn’t get that…vegetables ran out so staff stayed uncertain..I asked we can wait..how long and then staff had no clue)..they should monitor food inventory before things run out at Sat 2.30 pm)
Atmosphere – found tables were dirty(maybe staff was busy but hey dine in customers deserve better cleanliness.
Lunch break they mess up
Went on the weekend. Not good
Tables dirty.
Beans were bottom of the pan.
Not appealing at all
C’mon guys you can do better.
Keep the place spotless please.
Have at least one fresh pan of beans.

Went to this location today. It was pretty good. I’ve had mixed experiences in this location so very happy it went well today.
Ordered a burrito bowl. The white rice is very good the brown beans were excellent, the medium salsa was very good. The corn added a nice extra dimension. And I washed it down with a glass of water.
Some of the tables were dirty and weren’t wiped down but I found one that is decent and camped out.
The staff was efficient and pleasant and helpful today. Good job guys!
This location is somewhat busy and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. But today they were on top of everything.
