Breaks my heart to write this but wow that was a terrible experience. I’ve been a Chipotle fan and want nothing less than their business to thrive here in Burlington. I was perfectly politle and kind giving my order. They were out of chicken so I had to wait, not great but no biggie, and when they knew I was waiting, seemed to purposefully do other things besides cutting the cooked and almost ready to go chicken to serve. After 5 min I decided to just get carnitas instead. The tables were all a mess. They were out of rootbeer and lemonade. The bathroom was embarrassing, just gross. Worse than McDonalds. Super disappointed. Sadly, even though I’d like to come here all the time, I won’t be coming back.

On this specific order my rice was way undercooked and I asked for guacamole, they only gave a teaspoon amount, ANDDDDD there was practically no vinaigrette. I didn’t notice until I was already back at my destination.

I ordered Corn Hard-Shell Tacos, and received wheat softshell. I called their customer service, and they said they would remake my order. I drove 20 minutes just to be informed they did not have corn taco shells. I am Celiac, and their substitution without my consent could have been very bad. They need to be explicit and not do substitutions without asking me.

I love chipotle and it’s my go-to for a quick bite. Today however, I ordered online and got a chicken bowl. I go and pick up my order and go home ready to eat. As I sit down, I realized I have no chicken. I am shocked that the chicken was forgotten as it’s usually the 2nd or 3rd item you put on. I go back and the employees made me another bowl. With the time and gas money wasted, I got my free bowl. I personally think I should be given free credit as well because this was not an error on my end. This is not the first time an order has been messed up. Normally I wouldn’t care but the meat is what pretty much makes up a bowl. Maybe I should have checked my order before I left but, chicken is something you wouldn’t expect not be in your order if you ordered it.

This place is a mess. I don’t know who is managing it but there is zero quality control. Carne asada was like shoe leather and all dried out. The pinto beans were a dry mush. They claimed they were out of the honey chipotle dressing. The soda machine had no ice in it. Worst bowl I’ve ever ordered. The whole restaurant is dirty and messy. The employee at the cash register did not know how to use the cash register and apparently hadn’t heard of the salad dressing when I asked. I’ve never been to another Chipotle location where the food was so bad and old and inconsistent. Someone needs to clean house.

This place sucks so bad. Always super behind on orders, today they gave me someone else’s order in a bag with my name on it. How dumb can you be. Workers are always super rude, owners also are super cheap… charging $4 for sour cream is ridiculous. If you go here make sure to check your order before you leave, high likelihood they got it wrong and if they got it right it probably sucks anyways.

I always hit up Chipotle for a quick and filling burrito bowl. You get to pick what goes in it, and it’s always fresh and tasty. I was driving by VT and stopped to get some food and for a fast food restaurant the food is pretty good. Everything is made fresh and all the food is done in the morning. The staff in this location were pretty friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean, table and everything were clean for a busy day.

I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but man, disappointed once again. Steak was cold, black beans were overcooked mush. I asked for a cup for water for my kid and was told thats not allowed. I go to other locations outside of Vermont and have never had poor experiences. I truly think its just this location.

Came here twice (reluctantly) in one week. Sold out of 90% of there options on both occasions.
Service was okay, but you’d figure they’d hook you up with an extra scoop of something since they were sold out of all the meats.
Soda machines were missing soda.
