I used to come to this location often when it first opened and was managed really well. It used to be so clean. My last visit was a few days ago and I’ve never seen it so messy, the place is in rough shape. it almost took my appetite away while I was ordering. The girl that started my order was very sweet and friendly. The guy at the register didn’t seem to have much customer service experience, wasn’t friendly at all. Overall I didn’t leave with a satisfying experience. Also just a heads up, their inside seating is closed so it’s just take out

Drove 20 minutes to this location, arrived around 2:30 very busy line to almost the door. Staff behind the count working very hard and pleasant. Then a lady came from the back and yelled at everyone in line that when we got food we must leave through the side door as she was locking the front door. They close at 3pm. This was at 2:40. She then proceeded to tidy the the condiment station with the same gloves on the she re-stock the forks handles down with same gloves on. She had been messing with the door and trash around the condiments. She then walked into kitchen and was sweeping the floor then refilling food pans all with out changing the gloves.

Don’t usually write reviews but this was terrible. Completely mangled the burrito, couldn’t wrap it, so she grabbed all the filling with her hands and tried to smoosh it together, then another person came to wrap it and burnt the tortilla, it got hard and crusty and she just tried to hide the disfigured mess into a big pile of tin foil… was obviously watching this whole thing transpire and just walked out. Don’t come here.

Another bad experience. Please for the love of god open a second location in the Burlington area. This place is WAY too busy. 30-40 waiting in line to order and another 10-15 people trying to pick up orders from a cramped shelf stuffed in the corner with less than half of people wearing masks. The staff is so busy trying to keep up with orders that they are just throwing the food together with absolutely no care. My “crunchy” tacos looked like a toddler made them in bucket of water. Also, there is no one cleaning tables so people can sit and eat, but you wouldn’t want to anyways because you’re just surrounded by dozens of people. I can’t imagine the stress of the employees, but I can imagine that retention of employees is pretty low. Relieve the pressure and open another one in the area. Perhaps one closer to the university that can take more of the hundreds of college students. This is the third bad experience I’ve had in a row and don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

Not as good as it once was. Flavors are dulled. Service is so-so, and they got rid of the sliced lemons at the drink stand.

First Karen post here. This would be 5 stars if workers just announced orders (especially online ones) when the order was completed (I blame the manager). There’s about 60 people gathering next to registers trying to hear staff that aren’t annunciating loud enough or just aren’t saying anything, so to know if your order is complete you have to go to the literal 4X4ft online order area every 3 minutes, with 20 other customers to check…. During a pandemic.

The sofritas made me violently ill with food poisoning. About 2 hours after finishing the bowl I became very nauseous followed by all of the other usual graphic symptoms associated with food poisoning. I reported it to Chipotle and their incident response team did call me to follow up but I’ll never go back after this incident.

I ordered from this Chipotle for the first time my bowl looked like half of it was missing. I WAS FURIOUS!!! I knew I shouldn’t have ordered it through Uber eats.

The location is nice, and usually this is a good place to eat. Just don’t count on them to follow through on very important catering needs that were planned weeks in advance and cancelled last minute without any warning. This place is CONSTANTLY closed. I wonder if *maybe* just maybe they would have reliable employees if they paid a fair wage. Is that such a hard concept to understand? Or are the corporate overlords so greedy that they forgot basic economic principles
