They were out of ice.
There was no sign on the door stating “We have no ice”.
How hard is it to inform customers before they’ve already bought a fountain soda?!?
And with a grocery store next door, why are they out of ice for more than 10 minutes?
Buy ice. If the soda machine can’t accept ice, put the ice in a bowl for people to access.
The soda was also warm.
The tables were extremely messy.
The trash area was a disaster. (See my photo.)
The straws are paper.

Dump. Water on the floor in bathroom, pigsty at the trash area.
No ice. No note on door, “OUT OF ICE, Sorry for inconvenience.”
Why not just get ice from SHAW’S?!?!? Unreal!

ordered my food on the app and drove down to pick it up only to find that they closed early with zero explanation. location states they are open till 10 pm on the door, but they were closed by 8 pm!!! I spoke to a worker through the door who refused to give me my food that I had ordered and paid for and was made and ready to be picked up. Worker told me they had no orders, I could see the bag sitting on the counter. Worker closed door in my face stating he was the manager and locked the door. I watched them THROW AWAY MY ORDER!!! I called corporate but to no avail. this whole company has gone downhill

Simply DELICIOUS!!! I’m from Montreal, so there is no Chipotle here. Every opportunity I get (whenever i’m in the US and there is a Chipotle close by), i stop by and order a bowl.
This time (as every time), i ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole. It was so so so good!!
I recommend this place. Employees were very nice as well!

We stopped for a quick bite on a road trip- very busy chipotle- the food was good, the atmosphere a little harried, the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner we couldn’t find a clean table to sit at- we ordered on the app, everything was correct- as was also with the tables, restrooms could have been a little tidier as well for a Chipotle. Overall not a bad visit but the atmosphere could use a bit of tidying.

Store was closed at 8, when it was supposed to close at 10. We arrived at 8:20. They give us no option of actually knowing whether it’s open before driving all the way here that it is closed. They NEVER have any mobile ordering or delivery options due to “staffing shortages” and no one answers the phone. This chipotle sucks. The staff are very rude, portions are small. I drove an hour here, unacceptable.

I used to come to this location often when it first opened and was managed really well. It used to be so clean. My last visit was a few days ago and I’ve never seen it so messy, the place is in rough shape. it almost took my appetite away while I was ordering. The girl that started my order was very sweet and friendly. The guy at the register didn’t seem to have much customer service experience, wasn’t friendly at all. Overall I didn’t leave with a satisfying experience. Also just a heads up, their inside seating is closed so it’s just take out

Not as good as it once was. Flavors are dulled. Service is so-so, and they got rid of the sliced lemons at the drink stand.
When busy, wait can be excruciatingly long.
My gift card is empty, and I won’t be going back.
Why do they offer lettuce last, because then it looks like I got a salad, not a burrito bowl?
No WiFi.

Another bad experience. Please for the love of god open a second location in the Burlington area. This place is WAY too busy. 30-40 waiting in line to order and another 10-15 people trying to pick up orders from a cramped shelf stuffed in the corner with less than half of people wearing masks. The staff is so busy trying to keep up with orders that they are just throwing the food together with absolutely no care. My “crunchy” tacos looked like a toddler made them in bucket of water. Also, there is no one cleaning tables so people can sit and eat, but you wouldn’t want to anyways because you’re just surrounded by dozens of people. I can’t imagine the stress of the employees, but I can imagine that retention of employees is pretty low. Relieve the pressure and open another one in the area. Perhaps one closer to the university that can take more of the hundreds of college students. This is the third bad experience I’ve had in a row and don’t think I will be returning any time soon.
