The man who made my bowl was so nice, I felt bad becuase i asked for lettuce after he closed the lid but he opened it back uo and said no worries. 🙂
There was maybe 8 people ahead of me and I only had to wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes total. The food is made quick. There was alot of place to sit even though alot of people were there.

The woman rolling the burritos didn’t know how to. The servings of meat were amazing but the floor was very dirty. The bathroom was on a whole new level of dirty and stink. Wouldn’t recommend going to the men’s bathroom.

Foods good when they actually have the product. Last two times we’ve gone they’ve been missing product. It was understandable when it was just lettuce, I can tolerate no lettuce but I only ever get my stuff with chicken and they were out of both Normal and spicy versions. Some staff are nice, others are… tolerable. I understand not wanting to be at your job but the annoyance they gave us when we didn’t know what we wanted because they didn’t have the ingredients wasn’t. We have to drive 30 minutes to get chipotle then we don’t even get what we want. Disappointing.

Well I wish I had read reviews first before going! I went for 2 reasons: I never tried before & sheer convenience.
It was literally in our hotel parking lot so I walked over! $40 & 30 minutes later, I walked out to take food back to our room. I got Tony & Noki each a steak burrito and myself a chicken burrito bowl.
The food was cold. The staff was gripping back and forth in Spanish. It looked like entire team was arguing!
The store was dirty! No condiments out! Staff very snappy & unfriendly!
Not going back!

Usually we love Chipotle, but this one was a poorly run chain and bad experience. The food was okay, but the trash cans were overflowing, and trash and food were all over almost all the tables and floor. They had run out of utensils and not replenished them. The cashier behaved as if I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. The line was long and slow – granted, it was dinnertime, but other Chipotle’s we’ve visited were in much better shape. I’d say Chipotle yes, but this location, no – at least until they make some serious improvements.

By far the worst Experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle, The was grease dripping down the wall of the kitchen. The floors were covered in trash. There was trash overflowing in the lobby, as well as at the drink station. They were out of almost every ingredient of food. Overall, by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in the entire United States.
No chips,
Out of white rice, and veggies.
The burrito sat on the prep table for 10-15 minutes after order was started. Food was cold, and poorly assembled.
Disgusting restaurant.

Like every Chipotle in the Portland area, it’s complete trash. Always out of something. One time they were out of cheese, but had 10+ blocks of cheese on the prep counter waiting to be shredded with like 10 employees in the back doing god-knows-what. Seriously, I’d never see a Chipotle in the area that well-staffed yet somehow one of the primary ingredients couldn’t be prepped. One time, half of the rice was totally uncooked so I almost broke a tooth on all the hard, uncooked rice pieces. And like every Chipotle in the Portland area, they are always out of fajita veggies at any given time of the day. I don’t think they even bother to prep them in the morning anymore. Literally the last 10+ times I’ve gone to a Chipotle in the area over the last few months, they’ve been out of fajita veggies. Everything is always over-salted. Store is always filthy.
For some reason I went there again today thinking it was going to be different (my fault for being naively optimistic, but sometimes I’m craving Chipotle and I’ve struck out the last 10 times I’ve tried) and of course they were out of fajita veggies at 2pm. Also, there were a bunch of boxes and other shit largely blocking the men’s bathroom door, so good luck getting in there if you have a wheelchair or other mobility issue (pic attached).
I basically never wrote reviews, let alone negative ones, but all of the Chipotles in the area (Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Windham at the very least) have been so cursed for years that I felt compelled to. Just avoid all of them, no use even trying anymore.

35 minutes in line. Complete mess. No seasoning on the rice. Corn was frozen. No napkins. Understaffed. Cashier was rude. Overflowing trash cans.
Don’t eat here. Go somewhere else. @Chipotle Corporate – need to shut this place down or at least replace management.

Everybody can talk about their bad experiences but if you want a great experience at Chipotle you have to take responsibility and make it one! So my advice is stand in line to get your food and say what you want. I got the chicken bowl with brown rice, like one and a half or 2 scoops, black beans one scoop, chicken looked a little dry so I requested some of the Barbacoa sauce which they added no charge, 2 scoops of corn, both pico and green salsa for amped up flavor, no queso, tiny bit of shredded cheese, a big scoop of guac for a 2.25 upcharge, extra lettuce and no sour cream. Thing was piled high! Got a Grapefruit Izze and you need to know they keep the good drinks behind the counter it’s not just fountain drinks and iced tea. Took a pic for proof, and btw this was after like 10 big bites! For anyone worried they’re skimping I don’t think that’s true here she really piled it on. It was busy and they looked a bit understaffed for a Friday night and the drinks area and tables were pretty messy but value for $$? Spot on. Really tasty & flavorful but because the counter staff were backed up the food was a bit cold when I got home. Not a problem just took off the lettuce & guac, put it in the micro for a hot minute and voila! Also I weighed it out of curiosity and it was almost 2lbs. ✌️

1:15pm on a Sunday afternoon and they didn’t have vegetables (onions and peppers). They said they were out and I said I would wait for some to be cooked and they said they were out for the rest of the day. Guy cooking chicken had gloves on but playing with his phone. We all know phones are not the cleanest. Tables were dirty and trash was overflowing. Wouldn’t recommend.
