This is the second time that I’ve tried to go to this location but they don’t take cash. Which should be illegal not to mention that the place looks like a tornado went through it if you’re going to charge what you charge to serve people food at least make it clean and tell people to get off their phones and do their job

The place was clearly understaffed. The dining was a mess. Someone had spilled a drink, and it was all over the floor. All five workers were straight out. Two were working online orders, and two in the kitchen prepping food, leaving one guy to run the front. He was frazzled but kept knocking out orders and managed to crack a smile when I got a soda for the road. The food was good as usual.

One of the workers seemed like he had never rolled a burrito before, as he literally just smushed it into a ball and put it into a sheet of foil. Then I asked for a bowl with steak, I pay for it, sit down to eat it and there was no steak to be found. He also drenched my food in sour cream even though I only asked for a little bit. Rough day for that dude (taller type with hat). Luckily, there was a very nice African American lady who was happy to remake my bowl.

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Waited over 40 minutes for my online order (still wasn’t ready by that time). 4 goons behind the counter completely messing around. The place was a mess. They had NO food prepared. There were 15 people ahead of me waiting. One of the idiots working was munching on chips meanwhile they told one of the customers they were all out. No idea how a place like this is still in business. MANAGEMENT- WAKE UP, WHERE ARE YOU?!

I got food poisoning from this location on Monday 4/26/2023. It is Wednesday and I am still extremely sick. There are many allegations against the cleanliness and state of food being served from this location- someone needs to take notice.

The bowl i ordered for delivery was atrocious. I did not receive double meat. Did not receive any salsa. Got a half portion of beans and about 10 scoops of white over cooked jello rice that was just that. No cilantro or lime just paid 31 $ for jello rice. The people who work here are pos’s and really hate their jobs. Do not order delivery! I paid 31$ for a bowl of rice and even the rice was wrong its supposed to be mixed with cilantro lime and salt. So do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Always out of something popular. Either steak or fajita veggies and it’s not just this chipotle. Never had an issue with Augusta but since Chipotle has decided not to reopen the Augusta location I have been to Lewiston, Westbrook, N Conway and today Portland each time something’s out and plenty of staff. Team work would be letting the cook know when items are getting low instead of waiting until things are completely out. There should be no excuse for out of stock items just before a dinner rush when there is a full staff. Chipotle? Maybe build in Gardiner/Waterville where it can still be visited without a hour plus drive just to be disappointed.
