This place is seriously the worst. I went there last week and, as usual, something was missing from my order. I always order a bowl online, and it’s always messed up, so I finally decided to go in person. Guess what? They didn’t have black beans, white rice, or even corn at 3pm in the afternoon.. like how are ya’ll ruining out of food at 3 pm.!! So Today, I ordered online and I even have a picture of my order. I paid for carne asada, chicken half & half, and guacamole on the side. What did I get? Steak instead of carne asada, and no chicken at all in the bowl. When I got my bag, I noticed the guacamole was missing, so I went back to the drive-thru to ask for it. They told me there was no more guacamole and offered me a drink instead. I asked for lemonade, the guy gave me the drink I said thanks, and left. On my way home, I took a sip of the drink and it was just water. Then I opened the bowl and it was a complete disaster wrong meat, missing sides, everything. It’s beyond frustrating because I paid for food I actually like, and they just play me like that. It’s rude, unacceptable, and I’m done with this Chipotle. The customer service is terrible, and they never get the orders right. Never going to this Chipotle again.

Everything was good.

I was picking up an adult size quesadilla. I was immediately asked my name and given my food, which was made the way I ordered it. It had good flavor and all the ingredients were fresh.

The place was clean, the napkins/flatware/drinks were fully stocked.

Staff were friendly, prompt, and professional.

Never ever ever am I going there again, I went last night to get chipotle from coming trying to make jokes with the people to the completely ignoring it and when I got my food and said thank you the women just looks at me and gives me a thumbs up…this is not the worst part I got the chicken alpastor, got home ate it and didn’t taste to but but was extremely hot and I’ve had alpastor plenty of times it almost tatsted like they added more chilli to the mixture to hide something….yes ate it around 8pm, woke up at around 6am this morning with terrible stomach cramps ten minutes later im throwing up and have terrible diarrhea…I will never ever ever going here again!!! Please if I can food poisoning from this place there meat and chicken of all meats is not fresh

I want to share an honest review because this has become a repeated issue at this Chipotle location.

There is a woman on the serving line, a Black woman with a sharp look and a noticeable facial-hair shadow, and a strong accent who consistently makes the ordering experience extremely uncomfortable for me and my family. This wasn’t a one-time moment. This has happened multiple times, across multiple visits. She has spoken to me, my sister, and my mom the same way every time with impatience, frustration, and a harsh tone that creates anxiety and pressure.

On this most recent visit, I asked for honey chicken for three bowls. Instead of explaining whether it was unavailable, she loudly repeated, “No honey chicken! No chicken! No chicken!” while pointing at the steak and saying “Steak! Steak! Steak!” over and over. I felt rushed, embarrassed, and pressured, especially with a long line watching. It wasn’t clear communication, it felt aggressive.

What makes this even harder is that I’ve seen her interact calmly and politely with other customers, including the white customers in line ahead of me, but the tone and attitude toward me have always been noticeably different. It’s confusing and honestly discouraging.

The part that upsets me most is that this isn’t the first time this exact behavior has happened. My family and I all dread getting her because we already know the interaction will be tense. We continue coming here only because this Chipotle is the closest one to where we live and we really do like the food.

I’ve never wanted to report her or get anyone in trouble, but at this point, enough is enough. The repeated anxiety, the pressure, and the uncomfortable experiences need to be addressed. I truly hope management steps in to improve the customer experience here , we shouldn’t feel stressed just trying to order our meals.

Got an order on 01-01-26 at 5:20pm and get all the way there from 2 towns over all three of our meals have almost nothing for meat in all three meals and was all crushed inside the bag. The meal with the pork had absolutely no pork in it all it had was fatty pieces. My son couldn’t even eat it. Very upsetting especially when you go to the different chipotle’s and get twice the service. I will not be going back there. I’d rather drive twice the distance to go to Portland to get a way better quality meal for the price.

Horrible experience. I ordered tacos and they were missing half the ingredients. I went back only to be told “truck not coming.” The food they did give me was horrible. How do you burn barbacoa that cooks in a bag in hot water? I can’t get a refund in store since I ordered online. I emailed customer support only to be offered a free drink. I asked for my money back and they offered me a BOGO as if I will be eating here ever again. I again asked for a refund but apparently they don’t offer those. I will not be having a burrito-ful day.

I went in to pick up food for me and my boyfriend. He wanted a chicken quesadilla and I KNOW for a fact that they serve full size quesadillas because I’ve gotten one from multiple other Chipotles. The women at the counter who was serving me was about to make it, until her co worker told her “Don’t do it, it will take too long.” and then proceeded to go back and forth with me to just get a kids meal. I wasn’t able to get what he wanted because that women was too concerned with time. If you’re so worried about that, maybe don’t work at a Chipotle. You get paid to make what the customer wants and refusing to make it because it “takes too long” is absolutely ridiculous. Also like the other reviews, this place is always nasty and never cleaned, weird smell in the vestibule area, and cross contamination of foods. I also have food poisoning because of said cross contamination. Avoid this place because the workers are horrible, food is bad, and the environment is disgusting. Just go to El Tequila across the street, you get better quality for the same price and great service. And at least their place is clean.

Worst, most dirty, unorganized chipotle I have ever been to. They are trying to be nice but they are a hot mess. The rice was burning in the back and the only rice they did have was so watery and undercooked that it soaked all the way through the bowl. The Barbacoa was fatty and you couldn’t even chew it. The floors were covered in grime and food, as well as all their prep areas were covered with dirty dishes and food. The bathroom was so disgusting that there was stuff smudged all around the toilet seat and the sink, and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. I couldn’t even believe it with it being such a big chain that this is allowed to even be running. This place should be shut down. I have been in the food industry and owned restaurants and I can’t even believe they are still operating. Poor poor management and training of the staff. It’s so sad to see.

My husband and I really want Chipotle and would go all the time if we could but the Saco location is one of the worst restaurants facilities I have ever seen. It makes me so angry that I have never had a good experience here since they opened and we have tried over and over. Don’t eat here if you have any kind of allergy. They dont understand why cross contamination is essential putting everyone at risk. It has been trashed every time in the dinning areas, there is always someone behind the counter with an awful attitude or on there phone and ignore the other co workers asking for help, I have never seen Rajas at this location. Practically out of everything by 6 pm. We have ordered rice and the pan was empty so she grabbed a pan of rice that was actively cooking. When she pored it in the bowl there was still water and the rice was uncooked. I could go on and on about how awful and how suprised I am they have a 2.3 review when it should be 1 star. Its incredible they are still open. Saco deserves better.

I have visited this establishment three times and only had a satisfactory experience once. During both my first and second visits, they did not offer plain white rice, which is an issue for customers who cannot consume cilantro. When I asked about this, the cashier was unfamiliar with the concern.
I then requested a quesadilla and was told I could only order the children’s version, which requires sides that I did not want or need. Overall, the staff appeared disorganized and lacked product knowledge, and the service felt disengaged.
Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location.
