Food was awesome! Service was quick! Sat outside on this beautiful day, but the outside dining area was a little unclean/disappointing. Trash on the ground, and no trash can outside to throw away our food.

I go to chipotle every Tuesday as a lil reward for myself. The staff here is always super helpful and friendly. I do find that it’s very loud inside but I don’t think that’s something very easy to change, the ceiling is very high which is perfect for making echo. Otherwise I love this location!

the two women working the front line were extremely rude for no reason. they had no attitude towards the man who was in front of me but for some reason wanted to raise their voice and roll their eyes at me. i maintained a respectful composure and said please and thank you but they continued to give me looks and attitude. they were both border line yelling at me. don’t work in customer service if you do not like to provide the bare minimum of service.

I had a salad with a choice of toppings. I chose the grilled marinated chicken along with fresh veggies and guacamole . It was delicious my husband had a burrito and also chose what he wanted inside. Both were huge! They offer indoor or outdoor dining at the location we visited.

I order for 6:00 pickup time. I get there at 5:50 to grab the dinner for my son and the food was already completely cold. He said he didn’t want it that cold and threw it in the trash. Waste of money Never coming back again

Took the grandkids to dinner after a movie because they like Chipotle. I had never been there. The entire place was filthy. All trash cans overflowing, dirty tables and prep areas were gross. In hindsight, we should have walked away. I don’t understand it’s popularity. I’ll surely not return.

Food wasnt bad but not great either. My big complaint is when using the men’s room. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. I work in the waste disposal industry and not much grosses me out so when I say the bathroom was disgusting and totally unacceptable that’s pretty appalling.

Not only did it take 30 extra minutes to get our food but when it arrived the chips were stale, the food was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and the side tortilla looked like the attached. You’ve downgraded Newington, retrain your people or shut down. I bet I’ll get the runs from even eating this meal but I’m starving.

This place is very racist, I went there to get a rice bowl this afternoon and I watched as they share my food they were stingy but only with my plate. They gave everyone full spoons 2& 3 spoons and I got 2 half spoons and they barely put any lettuce, I was disgusted to say the least. I thought they just share small but I noticed that I was the only one treated that way and I was the only one of color in there. I will never go back. After all my time of going to chipotle this was the worst, totally spoil my experience.
