I honestly don’t know what other people are complain about. Maybe some of them cuz you never really get 100% service.
But on my side, The last one who is really nice and not the fake nice. sounded really genuine. Portions were good I got extra chicken and actually extra chicken.

I tried this new location for Chipotle and found it underwhelming.
The dining area is very clean (it’s a brand new building so it should be) and the staff were very nice and attentive. No complaints.
The food is typical Chipotle… not very good. I ordered the Carne Asada Bowl ($13.50) and noticed all of the ingredients (except the cheese) looked like what was left over from the previous night. The carne asada was tasteless, dry and had the consistency of old school bubble gum. Nasty! I wasn’t told that the Queso Blanco cheese was an upsell ($1.75) and that’s poor practice not to mention that. A small soda was $3.15! Seriously, that much for a fountain soda? LOL
Overall, I spent a total of $19.96 (including tax) for a lunch which will remind me why I should stay away from Chipotle.

The food was okay overall, but I felt that the quality and flavor were better at other locations. I also noticed that the refried beans appeared crusted over, which was unappealing. Additionally, my son and I ordered the same chicken burrito with the same fillings, yet one was significantly more filled than the other, which was a bit disappointing. I’m not particularly picky, but I wanted to be honest about what I observed, as it raised some concern about the level of attention being given to maintaining the standards one would expect from a Chipotle Mexican Grill.
I’m not saying this location should be avoided, but if you’re looking for more consistent quality, I would recommend driving a few miles to Exit 14 and heading up Loudon Road to the Chipotle Mexican Grill in The Heights

Place is great. Food is fresh and well seasoned. The problem is with how certain people set up their burritos. Sometimes when I get a burrito everything is put at one end of it whereas you should be able to get everything in it in one bite.. Had one today where all the beef was on the bottom and everything else was at the top.. It should all be rolled together. Other than that I can’t really complain. Great food, great service.. a little pricey but worth it. Also, it would be awesome if they offered ground beef and tomatoes.. That would be sweet.

Went there today via their drive thru, I had ordered a chicken burrito and a drink- $19 for that. I asked for double chicken and there seemed to barely be a single portion, plus what I was given was dry and like the burnt leftover pieces. Super underwhelming for what you pay. I used this location for the convenience of their drive thru, but I will go out of my way to choose a different one going forward.

My husband, son and I visited this new Chipotle off exit 17. It’s a very pleasant clean atmosphere. There is ample parking around the back of the building. The staff were friendly and professional. We all thought our food tasted fresh and full of flavor. We will visit often.

If you come to this location watch out for the girl that always wears a face mask if she the one making your food leave and go to the one in concord. She always puts the smallest portions if you ask for dubbles on the meat you basically get 1 scoop of meat total. I go there all the time cause they use load me up on the food but when she working there I walk out even if she’s not making it cause she’ll get mad at the workers and tell them to lower the portions. Just a heads up watch out for the lady wearing a face mask.
