I came in with my boyfriend a few days ago and ordered a Sofritas (vegetarian) burrito. I didn’t finish it so I wrapped it up to eat the next day. I felt sick the whole day after and when I went to microwave it, I cut it up and realized there are big chunks of beef in it!! I’ve been vegetarian for 14 years and my stomach was not happy with me. I tried to call the restaurant but couldn’t get through to a human, so I sent a message on the website. I got an email back saying they were sorry and that they’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. I replied saying I appreciated the apology but that it wasn’t enough, and I should get refunded for the order that was made incorrectly and caused me to feel sick and I haven’t gotten a reply back

I walked in at 10:20 pm the two only people at the counter did not answer to my greeting, but instead, turned there backs and walked away leaving me standing like an idiot. Later on someone else from the back walked over to take my order I ordered two bowls of food and they were COLD, like unbearably impossible to eat cold. I did not walk back in to complain because it didn’t seem like there was anyone in charge there at all. Never coming back.
I took a picture of the two men who were rude to me and my husband when we walked in, you can even see that one of them have their backs to us and he was on HIS PHONE in a food service area.

Often times you see commercials from Chipotle showcasing a welcoming atmosphere, with fresh food being made in the back and welcoming employees throughout. If that is the idealized version of chipotle, then this location must be an alter ego. This location was poorly lit, with over half the lights out, making it difficult and arduous to move around. Furthermore, the employees gave a sense that they would rather be anywhere than at this location. The lethargy with which they greeted us and prepared our food is unparalleled by even sloths. This alongside the poor serving sizes made this experience genuinely unenjoyable. Even after requesting double rice and beans I still had a smaller serving than I would receive at any other location. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the food was far from fresh. There is no reason the chicken should be hard and the carne asada should be cold at 7:00 pm. Finally, the tables were left messy, the sauces available were abismal, and the soda machine was slow to produce ice. I will never return and I encourage all others to follow suit.

I don’t even know WHERE to begin.
This new wave of staff are TERRIBLE.

I’ll be mentioning my long list to the higher-ups/customer service.
I’m just hoping I don’t get sick.
Until this place gets it’s act together, GO ELSEWHERE.
I can at least say that the manager Kevin was very receptive to the issues I had and he was very sincere and respectful.
That’s the one good thing I can say.

The avocado was hard and tasted bad. They charged me $4 for it, and the portion was really small for $13, I’d rather go to Market Basket.

I hardly got any food in the bowl. Didn’t you guys get sued for this already . Crazy to give almost no rice and a tiny amount of food. Never coming here again. It’s a shame to have paid for this, none the less top dollar.

I was so excited to come to chipotle after a long day and when I walked in it looked like there was nothing left. I asked for white rice and the guy started scooping brown rice, which I didn’t mine but he didn’t even give me a full scoop and there was a full tub of rice left. I then asked for chicken and got the smallest portion. There was no lettuce left and he put a gallon of cheese on my bowl to cover up how little of the other things there was. When I went to checkout the 2 teenage boys were fooling around the whole time and not checking me and my friend out.

? This is definitely special. They didn’t cut the lettuce very well, there isn’t cilantro in the rice, the guacamole wasn’t mashed all the way and I found large chunks. The special drinks were out and very unclean. AND the working servicing customers was so unenthusiastic. She gave the smallest portions I’ve genuinely ever seen at a Chipotle. This is a new time low guys. AND EVERYTHING IS COLD. Including the stuff kept hot. Very cold.

Extremely disappointed with my chipotle food and service today. I came in and at least half of the food was empty, two hours from when they close. the server gave me terribly small portions of rice, and meat, and then put a giant fist full of cheese on top of my bowl to cover up how small the portions were. To top it all off, my food was ice cold and very unpleasant. I waited in-front of the register to checkout, while the two workers were having their own conversation while just standing there and not checking me out. I was charged $21 for a bowl with rice, chicken, steak, and cheese with chips. After the two workers who made my bowl left five minutes after I got my bowl, the next workers gave the next customers the correct portion sizes and everything the previous workers told us they were out of. unprofessional and rude customer service and awful food. I love chipotle, but I will not return back to this one.

The food was alright. I’ve had better recently. I got a burrito bowl. The ingredients were fresh. The people could be nicer due to the fact that the corona wall is pretty high and alot of us cant speak over it. Otherwise a nice place for lunch or whatever. The seating was hard and kind of uncomfortable.
