I was here today 1/23 I order my food the workers were okay, as i went to the cash register to pay i asked the kid if he could bring some money for me then as i was speaking to him this women who was working behind was being very rude she was saying how they cant make change she had black hair was wearing some type of purple camo legging just very rude had a nasty tone all she had to say was im sorry sir we cant break that for you not scream in my face and make a big deal safe to say i will never come back here! and she should have a talking to with the way she speaks to people!

I was more frustrated by the amount of food they are serving in the portions. I have to ask for extra meat and beans, so I was charged “double portion” you be better off going to Longhorn, 99 Restaurant or Applebee’s for the money you spent. Yeah they are fast, that is all all they have going for them.

Jay was amazing he had amazing customer service I’ve worked in hiring for a large restaurant and to find someone like him is not always easy. He went above and beyond just in the short time from making my food and cashing me out. The best experience I’ve had at a chipotle in a long time. Jay definitely deserves some recognition for being that difference!!

I think this was the worst chipotle bowl I have had in my life. It was all sour cream and none of the other ingredients. I felt like I was eating soup and I could’ve drank it with a straw. The customer service on top of that was awful. These employees all need to be retrained and how to treat a customer and give them the bowl they pay for. I don’t know if my skimpy bowl was racially motivated Due to the color of my skin but whatever the case may be I don’t think anybody should have to go through what I went through today at this chipotle.

I generally have a good experience here, but one of your disgruntled employees at this location lack customer service and was very very limiting on the toppings. This was not during prime time, and there was no line and or other customers besides me, employee only sprinkle toppings with two fingers very very disappointing experience and lack for the better word ripped off with the increase in pricing.

I adore Chipotle food. Burritos and tacos made in the Mexican style are plentiful there. The options are excellent and fresh. The servers do alter their portions. This restaurant offers online ordering for both takeout and seated dining. The dining room is generally well-kept. Additionally, there is a lot of parking at this plaza. Chipotle offers tasty, quick, and healthy meals.
One thing I found is that this Chipotle serves you less in a bowl than any other Chipotle.

The last 4 years this Chipotle has struggled to operate as normal, every time I go there they are missing ingredients, somethings broken, or they don’t have enough people. If you want excuses and disappointment, make your way to this Chipotle. ***Never experienced it like this at others.

This is the second time this has happened — we ordered queso and it contained meat. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, this was extremely disappointing and has left a very negative impression. If you’re a vegetarian, please double-check the queso before eating. Also, the customer service is lacking, with no clear way to reach a representative for help.

They do online orders only and the store didn’t have any rice which we found out when we got there to pick up the order. We loaded our previous order and got no warning that rice was not going to be included or anything. Tried to ask the manager to compensate it with a bag of chips or something for free and they wouldn’t give because “rice is free” with the order but chips are not. Rice is not free with the order, it makes up 30% of the burrito bowl that we paid full price for.
