Haven’t been in a Chipotle in quite some time but they used to make a great product. Perhaps it’s food cost or something else but ordered a steak burrito and they barely put any steak on it at all. At least around here I will continue to spend my money at Baja. Night and day difference in the product along with great service.

We were there as soon as they were open. It was so nasty. It had not been cleaned from the day before. My stomach was hurting before we left. Food was not fresh. Guac was oxidized. Worst chipotle ever.

I’ve been to this location many times before and hadn’t been in a while so I went to get a burrito bowl . The place was absolutely disgusting! The work area where they prep your food was covered in food, and sauce. I asked for queso on my burrito bowl & their was a lid in the queso, that was probably dropped in there on accident . But instead of taking the lid out and replacing the queso with a new pan of queso since it was basically empty the worker just scooped around the lid and proceeded to put it on my food. The tables were nasty, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! Do yourself a favor and go to Jalapeños in North Providence, it’s a small business not chain like Chipotle. You get free chips & salsa , the food is so fresh , it’s clean, and the staff are very nice!

I work down the road and its nice to have a chipotle that does a good job. I can trust when I do an online order here that they will be consistent. I am grateful because the one in Warwick near my house is trash now. lol

Not a bad place great location but definitely lacking on the food give you a little bit of rice cleanliness of the facility is definitely not what it should be you have papers everywhere you have leftover napkins everywhere you can tell the tables have not been wiped down so it’s definitely not the most hygienic place you have almost at least eight nine employees in the back and yet you still have almost a long line out the door they close at 10:00 I got there at 9:30 and they already had their doors locked if you’re going to close early put a different timer when you’re closing the food wasn’t bad but definitely lacking on certain areas definitely need to be critique the little bit

This location was horrible today. They refused to make me a quesadilla because I was ordering it in person and not on the app. The app was, as it always is, down and not working. He literally said to me “rules are rules, if you want a quesadilla use the app or go to another location and maybe they’ll do it for you.” I actually thought I was being pranked. I’m still pretty shocked, tbh. Why can’t I order a quesadilla in person??????
