Reviews must be from their own employees.. this place is disgusting. This is the third chance I gave them and every time it was filthy. This is a food establishment.. employees cooking should wear their hair in net or tightly under their hat. The ones serving should have a proper hair cut not a beard that’s almost touching the food be forreal. Everyone just talking to each other and spitting all over your food. Can’t even wipe down the counters where the food is on. I came in at 4pm and all of the food pans were mixed with each other. Rice in the beans, beans in steak, cheese in the guac. I’ll never come here again. Ohhhh and to top it off there was a blonde piece of hair in my food. Straight in the trash and the worse $20 I’ve ever spent.

I’m frustrated with my recent order because I didn’t receive the vinaigrette that was supposed to come with my meal. On top of that, the portions of rice, lettuce, and black beans were noticeably smaller than what I usually get. I paid full price and expected the standard serving, so this was disappointing right from the start.
Overall, the order felt rushed and careless, and it didn’t meet the usual quality I expect. Missing items and skimpy portions make a big difference, especially when you’re looking forward to a meal. I’d appreciate this being addressed so future orders are accurate and properly portioned.

I arrived at the restaurant yesterday to pick up my order that said it would be ready at 9:40. when I got to the restaurant I was informed that they were out of chips and I was asked if I wanted a large guac instead. I said sure and then I was standing there waiting for over a minute, so I had to ask them for the guac. I was then handed the guac with somebody else else’s order. When I walked back in to grab the correct order, I couldn’t get any help from the employee. When he went to grab my order finally he told me that the food wasn’t ready yet even though it was 20 minutes after I had placed the order. He told me “ A man we’re just chilling in here” and “ If you order your food late at night, don’t expect it to be on time”. Not to mention there was a bag of chips sitting on the counter which I had to point out to them. Terrible service especially from Sam. Forgot my red chimichurri. Also, the employee named sam was asking me questions like why am I in there so late and why did I order so much food which is none of his business. Employees have no right to question customers and tell them to not expect service. The comments the employee made suggested that they aren’t actually working during late hours and the lack of management is evident.

Multiple dirty tables throughout and drink station area with garbage everywhere and overflowing. Not to mention explicit Caridi B bumping from the kitchen as I’m there with my two small children.
I will not be coming back to this store and frankly turned off with chipotle for a little bit of time. Management needs to step up here otherwise I can’t imagine this store lasting too much longer if this the way it’s being run.

I know there’s already been mention about the night crew but damn. A damn smile wouldn’t hurt you. I get it life sucks but I bet you feel a little better with a smile. The customer service needs a huge improvement other than that the food is alright.

We went to this location around 7 PM. The staff was friendly, the food was good but the dining room was really dirty. Not a single table was clean or wiped down. I’ve noticed the same problem at other locations too. I’m really hesitant to go in to Chipotle any more.

Chipotle really never fails. I haven’t been in a while but they sent me a Bogo entrée and they are just satisfying and hit the spot.
I got a bowl with their new carne asada and I was impressed with the meat. The strips weren’t small and they were juicy, with nice flavor.
My other bowl was 1/2 chicken and 1/2 carnitas. After eating the carne asada bowl, I had to stop myself from eating the whole other bowl. It was also so good.
Large portions for the average appetite. I think this is the best location out of all the other ones in my area, they’re just so consistent.
