I usually don’t give food reviews to fast food spots. But this is largely for the service I received. Great portion. I’m attempting keto so when I go & say no rice or beans, some times the portion becomes unusually small. I wish I got their name tags but both the young man that made my bowl & the young lady that checked me out were very nice.

I ordered guacamole and chips from the east providence/Rumford location and I opened the bag and the guacamole was clearly bad, not just a little bruising that happens sometimes with avacado too, it smelled revolting. They also didn’t add the chips I paid for. I called the store to tell them the guacamole I received was bad and the restaurant worker on the phone told me VERBATIM “uhh.. I don’t know what you want me to do about that” what on gods green earth?! Like no sorry, nothing. And I normally don’t write reviews but this is the second time consecutively that my order was wrong. As soon as I saw the guacamole what went through my head was… I know I see it brown and clearly bad through the container, so the person who served it also saw it like that and actively SERVED IT ANYWAY! that’s just crazy to me, they’re going to get someone sick !

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The staff was very friendly, gave generous portions, and created a great atmosphere. Sarah, I think her name is, helped me with a free entree coupon, and she deserves a gold star for being very upfront and friendly. I ordered 2 steak bowls ectra rice and sour cream ….get home theres a pool of sour crram no meat rice was cold and old and they werent busy 3 people doing nothing and your serving pans are empty they scraped the bottom of pans and they didnt care …im tired of spending 30 or more and restraunts dont give you the food uou order and scrape pans and shrug their shoulds …i am not happpy …i want my money refunded

While other Chipotles in the area have core issues, this one stands away from those. Usually most locations have certain problems, slow staff, compromised burrito folds or terrible customer service. This location stands apart from all the rest.
Service is exceptional and always with a smile.
Burrito folds are always perfect and never compromised. My foil stays clean from beginning to end no blow outs or drops.
On that note, my burrito is always made to perfection with the PERFECT amount of ingredients.
This staff also excels by clearing a 10 person line incredibly fast. You can tell the people working here work in harmony and all get along great. Thank you for your incredible commitment to excellence Chipotle of Rumford.

I got a gift card to chipotle and I stopped by today around 1;45pm about 4 costumers in front of me. After I look around this made me walk out:
-All the food in the hot station looked nasty, dry, pans dirty and food splashed all over and crossed contaminated
-Only one girl putting orders together
_One girl on the back cooking steak, chicken, and some other meat all in the same flat top grill
She took the raw meat emty bags and pushed them with her hand into trash container and didnt changed her gloves And when she finaly changed them she didnt wash her hands.
I worked in the restaurant busines for decades and this place is the most dirty a have ever seen.
I end up walking out to save my life.
Now I understand why this place has been in the news for food poisioning .
First and last time I even drive by any of this restaurants .

Ordered online. Was ignored for awhile while each was having they’re conversations. Finally acknowledged just for them to tell me my order wasn’t ready so I had to wait some more. While I was waiting Rap music was being played pretty loudly. Not one of my favorite locations
