I order here frequently but I will take my business to Baja’s. For a second time, I have placed an online order and when I go to pick it up the store is closed. To get a refund I need to speak with a chatbot for 20 minutes which is a time sink and annoying. I eat here out of convenience but honestly the portions are wildly inconsistent, the team members are cold, and at the end of the day it is just a completely average burrito.

Shout out to the staff on the night of 9/16/2025. You handled yourselves with class under pressure to perform. The manager was able to make tough calls without losing her grace, there was a young man able to come in on short notice, only one cook and one server and I felt CARED for. It meant a lot on a night I was having hard time too. These 4 need a raise. Absolute composure masterclass

had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle on 12/04/25 around 3 PM. While I was in line, one employee began yelling at a coworker in front of all the customers. It created a very unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.
I laughed a little at how inappropriate the situation felt, and the employee confronted me, asking “What’s funny?” in a disrespectful tone. When I responded, she told me she wouldn’t serve me. A worker should never speak to a paying customer like that, regardless of the situation.
I’ve never had an experience like this at Chipotle before, and I hope management addresses this immediately. No customer should be treated this way.

I ordered through the Chipotle app, and this is my first time it’s coming from this location. I ordered a bowl and it’s missing lettuce, fajitas and guac. I ordered a salad as well and it came with no lettuce, no fajitas, no dressing. I’m not sure what happened??? The portions are okay though.

every employee had a miserable attitude and gave a horrible quantity of food… i expect more from a restaurant with such high standards…. i got a bowl with barley a scoop of rice…. at least they gave me a nice chunk of guac

I was extremely disappointed with the quantity of food in my order. Despite requesting double protein, the amount was identical to a single serving. The sides were also underwhelming. It seems like the staff has too much discretion in portion sizes. I think Chipotle should implement standardized measurements for ingredients per bowl to ensure consistency and value for customers. This would help prevent disappointing experiences like mine.
