By far the worst order of Chipotle we’ve ever had. We ordered to support a fundraiser for my daughter’s school. Spent $38 on TWO items. My burrito… Never seen anything like it and the inside was even worse. My husband’s bowl was SOUP. Apparently extra hot sauce means just dumping half a quart of sauce into the bowl. The kicker? They put the chimichurri sauce on the side.

We’ve been burned before with online ordering, but this was by far the worst. Lesson learned. We’re done.

First off I never received a receipt so I can’t get my money back. The food was SOAKING WET when I brought it home. So wet that I when I took it out of the bag the entire bowl disintegrated and fell all over my kitchen. But my biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The garbage was overflowing. Food was all over the ground. The tables looked like they had not been wiped all day. The drink and utensil station had food and garbage all over. I was gagging. I didn’t end up eating my food. I’m so disgusted. They weren’t even busy, and there were multiple staff members but no one was doing any cleaning.

2p on a Tuesday. Place is clean, has a modern look/feel, cool ambient music on the speakers. Hip vibe and was empty. Some tables needed wiping down. Service was very friendly and fast. All food items in my bowl were cold. Tasty but cold. I was hoping the rice and Carne Asada steak would be hot, however not the case AT ALL. Booooo! Whatta shame…the red chimichurri is yummy. Do better, Chipotle!

Got dinner tonight. Nothing worse than a bad dinner at the end of the day. They suck at portion control. They will try to give u next to nothing if u don’t speak up they’ll give u an oz of chicken and u have to ask for a normal portion then they try to charge you for double when they didn’t even manage to give you one portion in two scoops. The lettuce was brown cheese and sour cream too light so the flavor of the bowl was unbalanced. I was starting to get in a pattern of coming here but I’m not coming back for disappoints sorry. Too inconsistent I’ll try back next year.

My first time ever having Chipotle and we just did a pickup order tonight and we will never go back to this establishment again. We got the Carne Asada Bowl and the Carnitas Salad. The food looked like slop. It was just thrown in, it looked like it had been sitting out not to mention it was cold. Completely unappetizing. The sauce for the Carnitas Salad was not sealed right and spilled inside the carry out bag. I took 3-4 bites of it and had to throw it out because I was starting to feel sick in fact, I actually became sick a couple hours later.

Cleaning the ingredients toppings area 45min before close with bleach while making my burrito? 5 people working, not helping the obv new girl who didn’t know what she was doing, she had to walk to another area to get toppings and carry them back (hand under sour cream spoon?) and broke and wrapped burrito 3 times. Horrible chipotle. Do better!

All the cartilage in the chicken now comes with a karaoke show from a mid weight brunette employee while you try to order your meal. With even a special dance performance encouraging even coworkers to feel as uncomfortable as the hungry burrito patrons. All the while the online orders scream for the attention this employee so forcibly desires.

Ordered in app. Items missing include chips and guacamole. Guacamole is the main calorie source for my ordered meal besides rice in the veggie bowl.

Employee refused to give her name but said she was the manager and said there was nothing she could do. She could not give a different protein for veggie bowl or a different side for the missing chips.

The employee only offered us the option to come back another day for the missing items we paid for already or go on the app for a refund. This does not resolve the issue when you need it to be resolved.

As far as the actual food, the white rice for some reason did not have cilantro mixed in even though the corn salsa did have cilantro. I don’t think there was any lime flavor and it seemed it was just plain white rice given. The veggies also had a very bitter flavor that hasn’t been present in prior orders.

My experience with this Chipotle was very poor. I do not feel Chipotle has held up to their end of the business transaction.
