Ordered online for pick up. Burrito was made completely wrong and the rice was so under cooked it crunched when you chewed. We also got a kids meal for our 3 year old for dinner who was so excited to try something new and unfortunately the rice was not edible. Very disappointing to drive 25mins back home only to open poor quality of food and simply unable to read and complete an online order properly. Choose another location!!

I honestly had a great experience of recently no joke… Great portions, excellent service and restaurant was a little dirty in tables but I went at a busy time! Old reviews make this place look like the plague… overall old employees change and the place has stepped up on everything that it used to be, give it a try! It’s been a surprising experience, I will be BACK!

This place went downhill quick… it was great over the summer. You walk in now during lunch, and it’s a mess, there are barely any employees and they have zero customer service. Go elsewhere for Chipotle if you can help it.

Update winter 2026 — big problems here at this location. The wife and I went in for dinnertime on a Tuesday evening. Sadly, most of the tables had not been cleaned and were not suitable for use: Crumbs, etc. floors were dirty and pieces of food were laying around. The trash receptacle was actually overflowing. During our 45 minute stay, we saw NO employee enter the dining area. The food itself was great.

Thursday lunchtime in January. The crew here is fantastic! Each counter person nose and their job and acts like they want to be here helping you with your lunch! The line ran smoothly, the food was fresh and delicious and the place is neat and clean. I recommend highly.

I went in to pickup takeout yesterday late afternoon, when I went in too pay for my order, the guy was young and he wasn’t very good at his job, I paid with cash and paid with $00.67 extra then I was prepared to get my change back, the guy was like oh I don’t have any change. I was surprised so I said to him can I have my dollar back? Then was so rude in saying its only $00.67. Needless to say I was very mad, because he didn’t give me my money back!! I was gonna pay the exact amount if he gave me my dollar back. Also I may have looked like I had alot of money but I really didn’t I am on a fixed income so every dollar and cent means everything to me. So I talked to my mother about it because 1 I was so annoyed and 2 I had no idea what to do about it. I found out that he basically stole from me. Its very illegal to do that by the way. I probably won’t go back! The burrito bowl was good but my chips were stale. The place wasn’t clean as well. So yeah not going back.

Come here every week – today the normal staff wasn’t there and the cashier was extremely rude. Said we couldn’t pay in cash because the drawer wasn’t in. Extremely unprofessional and forced to pay by card. Prices went up today as well.

Walked in to get takeout. No food on the shelf. Kid at the register asked for my last name, then first name, then informed me they don’t do that anymore because people were stealing. OK. I let the kid know I’m going to use the restroom. When I came out, I see the bag behind the counter, and the kid grabs it and makes a gesture as if he was going to throw it at me. Odd, but ok. He then hands it to me and says, “it took everything in me not to throw this at your neck”……HUH!?!!?

I take my food and start walking out and he says something else I didnt hear and I asked “why would you want to do that btw?” and he replies, “Sometimes my primal urges are too much to comtrol”.

This individual should NOT be working at an establishment thats serves the public.

Very short, maybe 18-24, male, curly hair sticking out from his hat, lighter hair. Not ok. My wife was asking what happened when I walked out, as she could see something odd was happening.

Needless to say we will NEVER be back.

Never mind atmosphere, staff, food. Watching th NE Patriots game today , multiple Chipotle Grill commercials none of the locations for this chain actually gives you the amount of food pictured in the ads. It’s all broken pieces of chicken or steak , with tons of rice. This is from the owners stretching the product. Subway does the same thing. Sell us what you signed up for.

I come here every so often and it’s been average. I ordered food to pickup through Chipotle lane and when I got home my burrito bowl was a disgusting mess like someone just took scoops of food and threw it in a dish. My girlfriends quesadilla looked like someone smashed it. When I picked up the door the girl just said “name?” No hello and rolled her eyes. This happened 7/13/2023 2:30pm. Don’t waste your money on sloppy food and bad service.

The last few times we ordered online, they got our order either completely wrong or missed items. This, along with very stale chips and slimy salad that’s half frozen makes for a very frustrating and poor experience. The quality could be so much better and more consistent. Chipotle, please do better as a company.
