Keisha, Jennifer and Debra were so helpful and extremely nice the last 2 times I have went. Those were my first times going and each time they each were extremely helpful in helping me create a really great tasting meal for my daughter and I. They not only were extremely nice, but they were very helpful with detail. I wasn’t sure what to pair each thing with what, and they all took time to make sure we got what we wanted and everytime the meals were excellent! Is becoming a new fave place for my kids and I to go to eat!!!!

Great service! We showed up with a team of 25 members last night ten minutes before they close. Chairs were up, cleaning was in progress and they happily took us in and served us! Fantastic crew, food tasted amazing and they made sure we all had enough food to eat. Highly recommend. Give that team a pay raise!

I’ve read the many negative reviews, so I wanted to share my positive, normal experience. I went inside on a Saturday night around 8 PM. The woman who served me was very kind and professional. I got a burrito with everything I wanted and there weren’t any unavailable ingredients. The place itself was reasonably clean for this kind of establishment. I’ve been to Chipotles across the USA and this one is on par with the rest. There’s a lot of negative feedback about online orders etc so I’d advise to go in person for the best experience.

Placed an online order extremely disappointed spent $40 and threw most of it away. Ordered a chicken quesadilla which normally comes with cheese just to find out that they were completely out of cheese. Also order two burritos with cheese, nobody notified us to let us know that they were out of cheese until we arrived. The chicken was burnt and over cooked and the brown rice was crunchy. From now on I will go out of my way and go to Dartmouth the food is always good. Today was a complete waste of money.

placed order for delivery and half of my order was missing. i ordered two bowls for my friend and i and only received one. we also ordered two bags of chips and didn’t even get any. we complained through the app using “pepper” and ordered a free entree, drink, and two bags of chips again. but when we received this second order, there were STILL no chips. this was very frustrating especially how ridiculously expensive this meal was ($60) do not order here bro

Worst chipotle ever ! Line workers always slow, rude , and a mess. They are always low on protein and most of the time out of other ingredients. It’s worth to drive to Dartmouth or seekonk trust me!

Very disappointed with this location went there to pick up a chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla ordered online and to pick it up at the drive up window. I go there little before my pick up time which was 7:20pm and waited in my car just to pull up and get told to go inside. Go inside the floor was dirty and one of the workers that was cleaning a top was playing personal music while customers was inside. And the food was disgusting my burrito didn’t have any chicken and quesadilla was burnes to crisp as you can see in the photo. 0 stars if I could give that
