The people who work at this location are the sweetest human beings!! Chipotle has been my pregnancy craving pretty much my whole pregnancy and I just needed to shout them out because every time I order from there it’s a great experience, I’m greeted by name and they even remember to include my extra sour cream and a bowl for me! I can’t say enough about this location and the kind people who work there.

11/02 I started go to Chipotle very often cause of brisket, it’s very tasty. But today I was served by the guy who’s attitude was unacceptable, he even don’t listen what I telling him, he put little bit of brisket in my bowl I asked to add half of spoon, to which he told me that he charging me 7$ extra. I am also working with food and customer service, I know how hard is it, but you don’t have to show your attitude without any reason and charge WAY EXTRA as it should be!
I am going to this place 2-3 times a week, I am always ordering the same bowl, my total always 16$, yes, I paid this extra money but I don’t have any desire to come in this place anymore

This place needs leadership. Nick, the general manager, is missing in action. It’s difficult to articulate how consistently horrendous this establishment is.
Over the past few years I’ve been here numerous times and I’m not kidding, never once has there not been an issue. Today there was no chicken, vegetables, guacamole, vinaigrette…but many missing ingredients is standard for this location. Our visit today began with a handwritten sign, “no forks or spoons.” Inside, the soda fountain was ran by itself while everyone just stared — maybe they were trying to create some ambient water fall sounds while you wait in line?! After waiting in line for 15 minutes we ultimately just left as we watched the employees prepared food, walk around the kitchen for ingredients touching multiple surfaces,and work the cash register with the same gloves. If you don’t mind risking a little foodborne illness and only want an ingredient or two in your burrito/bowl — give this spot a try (and don’t forget to bring a fork!). Otherwise, probably not worth the trip.

Took my kid here by request. I didn’t think I would like it and suprise I don’t. I get the runs just walking by it and inside smells less than pleasant. Staff was not pleasant, but I wouldn’t be either having to habitat that place for a full shift. Not a fan, not going again nor will I be taking children there.

Absolutely disgusting ! Last 3x I got a bowl with white rice & is way too salty! So This time I tried the brown rice. It was undercooked almost chipped my tooth. Also chicken VERY burnt. My bowl tastes like the bottom of a charcoal grill.

The atmosphere is very dirty and the place is not well kept at all or even well managed. The line was about to be out the door and the workers had an attitude (I’m assuming because they either had a bad day or very hard day). My food was cold and they only had one worker working the line of customers and the other workers were either injured, getting off, or cooking the food. WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE BEFORE CHECKOUT TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF QUESO! From that point on I didn’t even want my bowl anymore because the queso just completes it. I only stayed because I was really craving Chipotle but after this I don’t think I’ll crave chipotle until next year and I’ll always check the location reviews before entering. Will not be returning to this location!

Usually this chipotle is, okay. I went in tonight to get a burrito on my way home. Initially they gave me very little rice and i asked for more, then they gave me about 2.5 oz of barbacoa which was pathetically small (trust me i know small). Then when i asked for more because that portion wasn’t adequate they told me no and i could get double or just to be okay with that. I walked out.

This place was packed when I arrived. I went to the register to pick up my mobile order, and they told me that it never went through. I showed them my confirmation email and they confirmed that I was in the right place. The staff were doing their best and seemed willing to make the order on the spot but I had to leave. They told me that I had to cancel my order in the app to be refunded. I attempted to do that but Chipotle uses AI now instead of being able to contact customer service, so I didn’t get refunded this location seems pretty overwhelmed & could use more support.

I ordered a bowl around 1:45 today and unfortunately did not receive the pinto beans or fajitas that I had asked for online. Other than that the rest of my bowl was great and the Chorizo is good! I am also a HUGE fan of the chips and guacamole which I also ordered and as you can see from the picture I got chunks of avocado and no ingredients inside my container. Extremely disappointed with this guacamole and I honestly will probably mash it myself because I’m pregnant and was really craving it.
