Sink did not work. Water would not turn on. Employees were completely unfriendly. We’re constantly short on silverware. Employees were extremely unfriendly. The stood and glared at me while I ate. You need to find someone new to work there. The cashier (Evelyne) was the worst. Someone needs to go through and stock the silverware and napkins. Very poor customer service from a reliable company like Chipotle. I’m highly dissatisfied and will never return. Management should get involved.

They are unfriendly and you can’t put what you want in your burrito because they don’t know how to put it together and they say that they only have a few ingredients to make the job easier. I don’t understand why I can’t choose my ingredients if I’ve never had these problems in other chipotles

The staff here is always exceptionally rude. The food is passable. The drink station is poorly maintained. They didn’t even have tops for drinks.They ran out of chips while we were there. The soda was flat and badly mixed. Tried it a few months ago and decided to go back to see if they had improved. Will not be back.

STAY AWAY from this location at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients, cups, straws, soap in the bathroom. The staff could not care less! To top it all off they will serve you EXPIRED ingredients and not bat an eye. What ever you do DO NOT GO HERE.

Awful! Avoid, please read all the negative reviews and don’t waste your time here. For the past year, I’ve been working for a company located in Arsenal Yards, and I regularly get lunch from Sweetgreens, Shake Shack, Garbanzo, etc. I’ve tried Chipotle ~3-4 times, hoping service and food has improved, it’s always the same unpleasant experience. There’s no management on site, so staff do whatever the f@k they want, including treating customers with an attitude, taking breaks at the dine-in tables while playing loud music on their phone. They are slow, extremely rude, they don’t understand a word you’re saying and/or stare in to the abyss while you’re asking them a question. And the food is overcooked, or cold, they’re always missing ingredients. Clearly management aren’t reading these reviews, since the place hasn’t improved over a year, so SKIP and go to the other great available options in Arsenal Yards.

If I could give it a negative rating, I would. This is the WORST Chipotle ever. Awful customer service, they always seem to be out of something, it’s dirty and they are slow and untrained. I don’t know who the management is at this place but seeing as it is such a high traffic area with so many choices to choose from, they should focus on making this a more welcoming a well-stocked place.

Food always prepared incorrectly. Staff always rude with attitude and have an attention span of a traffic light.. staff prepare food slowly as if they had a sprained wrist.. always understaffed. For several times, I was notified my order was ready, but when I got here, either they forgot to prepare my order, or even worse, my meal was sitting right there, and the staff chose to ignore me on purpose and chat with each other. I had to there for 10 minutes before someone came to me and brought my order. I still couldn’t understand why they did that…and yes, they always miss some items in my order

The reviews complaining about the store being out of napkins and drinks are correct, but it is also the most delicious chipotle I have been to! Someone is doing something right in the kitchen. Until I went here i didn’t understand that Chipotles could vary, but this one is delicious and I once went to a very bland one in Maine.
