Absolutely fantastic experience at Chipotle! I visited around 11 am and was blown away by the quality and quantity of my steak burrito bowl. It was packed to the brim with delicious, fresh ingredients. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were incredible. The food service was quick and efficient, making the experience even better. The ambiance of the restaurant was clean and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyment of my meal. This is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this Chipotle location with my husband and our toddler, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. While I was ordering, I noticed that one of the employees made offensive jokes about the number of toppings my husband chose for his burrito. They assumed we didn’t understand Spanish and made derogatory comments, which felt really disrespectful. However, I do speak Spanish, so I understood exactly what was said. I did speak up and addressed the manager, but I wanted to share this experience to ensure that future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. We were paying customers, and it’s important to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment.

I really hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant but my last order was appalling. The order was missing two items, the bowl was not fully sealed and when I tried to eat my meal there was a piece of plastic inside. After this I ended up throwing the rest of the meal out, not knowing if I would be eating smaller bits of plastic I couldn’t feel or see.
It’s extremely disappointing to see the standards that Chipotle has now, especially at this location. I do not plan to return again and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I requested a different steak because the one displayed in the window appeared extremely dry and didn’t look right. However, one of the male staff members was incredibly disrespectful to the girl who was trying to accommodate my simple request. It would have been a five-star experience if their disrespectful behavior hadn’t made the entire interaction so awkward. It was, after all, just a steak.

This Chipotle is far inferior compared to others in the area. The burritos are not wrapped well, and the foil also does not cover the entire burrito – so it is not warm after a while (especially if you are ordering pickup). I have ordered ~3 times from here for pickup, mostly due to convenience while at Arsenal Yards, but have been disappointed each time.

STAY AWAY from this location at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients, cups, straws, soap in the bathroom. The staff could not care less! To top it all off they will serve you EXPIRED ingredients and not bat an eye. What ever you do DO NOT GO HERE.

Order 2 double steak burritos. Maybe 1 portion between them. With light rice, they doubled that in. Since it was 30 mins before close, im guessing they just made with what was left n closed doors. Way to overcharge and under delivery.
