Came here for the joke to see if this place was truly as bad as everyone said. OH YA this place is easily the worst location I have ever been to. It’s laughably bad.
The cook is scrapping the grill blasting TikToks like another reviewer said. Everyone there looked miserable. I don’t blame them, but even miserable people still do their jobs correctly. They mumble English and look at you stone cold even when you try and smile. All the utensils were filled with forks? Just 6 cylinders of forks jammed into every spot. No spoons or knives to be found.
The carne asada takes the cake though. All of the container was completely burnt and brittle. It looked and tasted like cubed beef jerky. For $14 you’re getting robbed at this place. The manager should honestly be fired and this location should be reported to corporate. You’re losing money with these people who have no clue what they’re doing. I would love to see their walk in fridge. I bet it’s disgusting

Ordered a veggie bowl only to find it was made with chicken!! This was at least the fifth time I’ve had the wrong order or missing items. Do not recommend delivery or online orders at this location

The staff are disgusting — they treat customers badly and always look grumpy. They act as if they’re trying to kick the customers out. And the portions they give are ridiculously small. When we go to other branches, they give much more food and treat customers with a smile. But here, it feels like they’re about to attack us. We pay our money and get insulted in return. I’ve never seen such rude and unethical staff in my life.

placed my order ahead of time throught the mobile app. Pickup was scheduled for 12:00 got there at 12:00 and had to wait close to thirty minutes for my order to be finally made…… I saw people who’s pick up time where after me get there orders way ahead of mine. My order only got completed due to another employe having to remind the person making my food. Oh MULTIPLE times to actually make my order. Really disappointed in their service. Oh yea to make matters worse my food wasn’t even prepared correctly. Am missing several of the toppings I wanted and got ones that I didnt want. Completely unacceptable.

Unquestionably, a disaster, the trash was overflowing. There wasn’t a clean table in the restaurant. The music was so loud. You can barely hear your guest speaking to you. I won’t be back. Wow really is as bad as the reviews; thought maybe folks were just hating or being dramatic. Came in at 10:20 after my online order was listed as ready. Nobody at counter/register so I stood there like I would at any other spot waiting quietly scrolling on my phone until someone came thinking I’d ask them about the order. Lady appears from the kitchen and yells at me to sit down and stop standing there without even asking why I was in their store lol. Nobody else was in line; weird vibes and dirty trash too.

I ordered by doordash to go. After doordash said food should be ready but my food still unprepared though no other people waiting.The mashed avocado was completely black, the other food was also very unfresh, and the portions were extremely small. Even after adding extra steak, the two portions of meat together were still less than a single serving at other places. Everything looked disgusting, like someone’s leftovers. I had absolutely no appetite.

Good one . First time at this location and might I say, I’m pleasantly impressed with how delicious my burrito bowl was prepared. The guacamole was fresh . I ordered via., grub-hub pickup and got my bowl within scheduled time . Food was Excellent! The staff are helpful and responded quickly .Little busy in lunch times but no there’s wait time! I have never gotten a burrito here that wasn’t overstuffed and horrendously sloppy. The ingredients are always in big pockets inside and they put way too much rice and beans in. Just terrible quality control all around. Look at this burrito! It’s almost as girthy as the bag it came in! How am I supposed to eat this??
