One server , while no one helped her at all, manager sitting down eating while line is out the door. I felt so bad for the girl working. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. The one girl that was working is Jalissa. She held it down BY HERSELF. I hope she finds a better place to work with helpful employees. Did I mention she was alsooooo ringing everyone out as well!!!

Poor service. Gave me the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at any chipotle. Acting like it will come out of their check if I get more than three beans. I asked for more and was even willing to pay for double meat. What I got was still the smallest burrito I’ve ever been served. Staff was all huffy with me and each other. Couldn’t take a break from their drama arguing in Haitian the whole time. Won’t be back again.

The food is on par with other Chipotle restaurants when they actually have everything that you asked for / ordered the biggest issue here is the lack of customer service ( they’re rude and think that they can just talk to people any type of way )after 8 visits to this location I’m yet to see a visit without someone or myself coming out frustrated or upset. If they can get the customer service part together this place will be much better

I regularly order from Chipotle for office meetings. On one occasion, I spent approximately $170 on food. After we began eating, one of my employees discovered two live bugs in the food. As soon as this was found, the entire office lost their appetite and the food was immediately returned.
When I brought the food back, the store refused to issue a reimbursement and told me I would need to contact someone else because the order was placed online. I did so and was told the issue would need to be “investigated.” Investigated for what exactly? I find it insulting to be treated as if I am trying to scam the company over a legitimate food safety issue.
This situation is unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a complaint with the local Board of Health.

They were out of everything: beans, fajitas, sour cream, and cheese. I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it to the front. The food handler was touching her glasses, tshirt with her gloves and touched the dirty counter with the same gloves she handles the ingredients to the bowl. The last straw was sour cream was dripping on the side of the bowl so she wiped with napkins that touched the leftover excess on the station. They didn’t have any forks so had my partner eat with a spoon. Poor sanitation, service, and speed. Chipotle do better.

2 times now i’ve placed an order through the app. I show up when it’s supposed to be ready both times and it takes another 30 minutes to be ready. Straight up just playing with my time. The dude on the mobile order station moving like he’s not working a job. I get it it’s hard and late, i’ve worked in the food industry for years but this is crazy. Whoever the owner is you gotta shut down the location bro your manager seems hardworking but she be hiring the slowest most incompetent workers. Horrible location. Owner clearly never shows up as i’ve only seen the same manager and incompetent crew. Yall in a good location with plenty of business but this how you drive it away

This restaurant was so dirty in side food on empty tables trash on the floors trash on counter were napkins go.
The server had no hair net changed her gloves over 8 times and not once washed her hands.
Yet her disposition on costumers was horrible. No one smiles no one says how are you today. It’s like they hate there job.

I am a fan of the app, ordering what I like, how I like. This location is tragically slow. I ordered 16 minutes before pick-up, and I arrive and see my label 4th up off the printer. 3 other delivery drivers are waiting on there food as I sit, and it even takes 1 customer almost 10 minutes to get his 2 bowls built and paid for. Heads are down, glances avoided as everyone slowly walls around. “Busy as it gets”, says Google. People are spending plenty of time in line, but not because it’s packed and out the door, rather no one is prepared to serve. There isn’t a consistent employee manning any station, the same person ringing you up was cleaning tables for several minutes in an empty dining area while you waited to pay. The person taking your order is indifferent and slow, and once they have your order, they dissappear to a different task.
Oh. And no ice at the drink fountain
While I will remain to eat at Chipotle, this location shouls be considered closed for those who have other things to do today. At the end of it, from ordering my food to getting it in hand, it took 32 minutes, 18 of which was spent waiting in the store after it was supposed to be prepared.

An online order placed estimated time was 10 minutes. Got there late. Waited an extra 15 minutes. Nine people were served while I was waiting. Loud music made it seem like it was a nightclub. I had to get the cashier‘s attention to later. find out my food was just waiting there getting cold. Folks need to get it together at this location!

This is by far the slowest chipotle I’ve ever stepped into. Typically there’s one person who mans the first half of the lane, they hand off your food and start over on a new order, the second person finished your item and passes it off to the person manning the register. This location has a novel approach of one person on the line at any time who owns your entire order start to finish while the rest of the line stands waiting.
Took me 25 minutes to get my order and there was only 4 people in front of me in line.
