Might be one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve gone to. Proportions were absolutely abysmal. Got a half scoop of chicken at best and am expected to pay extra to get even a full scoop for chicken. My burrito ended up being tiny in total too would recommend avoiding this place

Every time I come here, the staff is very caring and welcoming, even when there is a language barrier. They truly try their best to understand what you want, and that effort really shows.
I’ve come in around 8 PM when and the chairs are up but I completely understand because long days can be exhausting. Even then, the atmosphere is still comfortable, and there are tables in the back where you can sit and enjoy your food.
One of the managers, Kim, is especially helpful. She is very patient and kind when training new employees and always helps them understand what customers want if they’re unsure. You can tell she really cares about both the team and the customers. I don’t understand all these rude reviews. Some of you guys want everything to be perfect and yet you’re not either. This world has becomes such a negative place.

Franklin Chipotle. My go to! No words needed, Chipotle always comes through with a wholesome meal! You’ll never be disappointed in the amazing taste provided by the combination of their fresh ingredients. Staff at this outlet are very friendly and they are really super quick in preparing good meal. Food standard is also acceptable.

This establishment is in serious need of intervention. The facility is not clean, the staff is poorly trained, and the overall operation shows a clear lack of leadership. Ownership needs to step in immediately, and a visit from the health inspector would be more than justified given the conditions

Avoid Franklin location at all costs! You can expect to get half of the portion here than any other Chipotle. Staff doesn’t care either. Don’t waste your time and spend the $16 literally anywhere else. Panini place next door is fire and same price. 0/10 do not recommend

Terrible service.They don’t speak English so I hope your order is easy. They will mess up as you watch and then stare at you like you have 10 heads when you try and correct the issue. Just don’t.

Unfair and Disrespectful Treatment on Halloween.
I’m very disappointed with the experience my son and I had at this Chipotle on Halloween. The restaurant was running a $6 meal promotion for anyone wearing a costume. My son came in wearing his sweatshirt and hat as his costume. The staff made his food but then refused to honor the offer, saying they didn’t like his costume and that is not a custom from their perspective.
What made it worse is that some of the employees started laughing at my son once he said this is my custom ,It was embarrassing and hurtful. When I came in to speak with the manager, 2 employees can and said they are both mangers, and one of them the lady one refused to serve us the food and she said no I am not going to give you the food even after they already make the food and she said this is not a custom my son said no it is and mention the name of the Carter he is wearing but she said no.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Promotions should be applied fairly to everyone, and no child should ever be made fun of by staff. I hope management and corporate take this seriously and make sure no other customer has to experience something like this.

They give so small portions on burritos or bowls compared to other chipotle…if someone is getting not all toppings..one should at least pile on the ones one is having…make it an actual bowl..so shitty they are so greedy. Dude pile on the food proportionately at least. We will definitely not go to this one. Spending $10.20 on a bowl and this is the portion you get. My partner had a burrito it was like kids portion. Support other places, avoid this one for sure.

Horrible customer service. Don’t even bother trying to talk to the manager. I went up to the counter to ask about a coupon I saw online, and the manager was so rude. She told me I couldn’t use it, and when I said I didn’t see that online she told me that “it says it right there” on a paper that was hidden behind the counter after she aggressively grabbed it to point to a sentence I couldn’t read from where I was standing. Unbelievably rude, she didn’t even bother trying to keep me as a customer. She should not be a manager if that’s how she talks to customers, I can’t imagine how she’d treat me when I wasn’t looking. I don’t think I’ll ever stop at that Chipotle ever again, I felt so disrespected.
