Waste of money. Spent $21 for this square pressed panini looking thing. Paid $7 for extra steak. 6 pieces of meat- I counted. Rice was crunchy and meat was all fat. They’re new I get it but train your employees better. I can come in and show you how to roll a burrito.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order, and nearly everything was wrong. My tacos were the wrong shells, missing ingredients, and completely thrown together. My bowl looked like soup — wrong protein, wrong rice, and covered in sour cream despite asking for light. The steak was cold (I didn’t even order steak, I ordered chicken) and the lettuce barely there. To make it worse, I got 2 large drinks and the machine didn’t even have ice. When I arrived to pick up the order at the time it told me to. the staff hadn’t even started it, (they had no other costumers) and the restaurant was messy with food and trash on the floor. The food was so bad we couldn’t even eat it.

I was there last night getting a late night meal and I was greeted by this very nice gentleman. He offered me the chicken pastor and told me if I wanted a sample I tried it out and it was wonderful. I love how he offered me a sample of the item then I ask him what was his name he said his name was Newton and he was the night manager. He is a very, very nice man. I will be going there again. Excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Lady had no clue what she was doing. Literally wrapped my burrito sideways, all guac in a bite, all rice, then all chicken, had to eat it sideways. I get it u work in a kitchen its chaotic, but i was the only customer and ur only job is to wrap burritos. $18 for this trash

Getting way better! When they first opened, it was a bit of a mess, but going there last night at 6, I had an amazing experience. The dining room was very clean, and the bathrooms looked freshly cleaned. The food was also amazing. I’ve seen people talk about their rice being crispy, and I hesitated at first, but I gave it a try — and let’s just say it was great. On top of that, the manager made me feel like a regular. My wife and I will definitely be coming back!

This place lacks cleanliness when it comes to dining in. Staff will stand around and talk instead of making sure the dining area is sanitary. It amazes me how they run out of protein variety 3 hours before close. The only option they had was chicken.

Extremely clean. Valuable portions <3 staff who are showing effort. Lines are moving quicker after a few months of being open. Sometimes they run out of chips and the rice is a little hard but it happens less and less.

The food on the line was basically scraps, lukewarm at best. The service also fell short, and the portions were quite disappointing. We came in for the BOGO deal and were still charged for both bowls, even though we arrived three minutes early, and we were informed after we were charged. We tried to wait to get the deal, but the employee said they couldn’t do anything since we had already paid, which was unfair and frustrating. I was also charged for guac on my veggie bowl, which is included. Overall, very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed!! My friend and I went in for the first time an the place was a mess. We understand it’s a new location we hoped by now they would have worked out the kinks.the staff were extremely rude trying to rush us out the door not one person was smiling the kitchen had over flowing trash all around the area they were handling food. They had what looked like raw chicken on the counter the whole 25 minutes we waited before we even got to order.The chicken was still sitting there after we left about 45 minutes total. The pans were pilled up an thrown all over the place.The Spanish we believe manager wearing the collared shirt was yelling at another employee then took our order Sloppily through our bowls together rolled the burrito with everything dripping out the sides an a big tear in the tortilla then wrapped it quickly with foil to hide.then when I asked a question about it rudly said this is how we do things then laughed at us speaking Spanish to another employee pushing us down the line.Then when we got our food home because the dining room was too dirty to even eat in there with hot sauce napkins and trays all over the place I opened my chips an guacamole an my gauc was brown an nasty looking ill provide a picture if possible. I ordered my food yesterday for pickup for the time of 6:30. Now mind you, I came in at 6:45 because I knew they’d be super busy (they just opened not even 2 weeks ago). I noticed a lot more staff in the cooking and customer service area than in the station where you pack the orders. I finally got my order for 7:30-7:45. I ate my food, all I can say is that it was very much worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious and met my expectations. I see a lot of people talking about short staff, the atmosphere being “meh”. Keep in mind they opened not too long ago, it’s the only place in town that doesn’t sell burgers, fries, pizza, etc, and places are short staffed and very limited on training. Everything is a learning process, and patience is a virtue. It takes very little effort to be kind.
