They always get my order right but it’s something about the chicken. The chicken they use tastes sooo bland and not seasoned at all, the seasoning at this chipotle isn’t there. Just taste like nothing compared to other ones

Will not be dining in this pig sty again. Can’t believe how filthy this location is. We were the only dine-in customers and could not find a clean table to sit and eat. Meanwhile, there were five employees standing behind the counter. There was no one in line and at any point one or two of the employees could’ve cleaned up in less then ten minutes. Management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness. Makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like Employees were friendly but I can’t get over how disgusting the place is.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, let alone a negative one, but this might be the worst chipotle in the United States.
Used to be great a few years ago, now, I haven’t gotten a correct order in my last 4 orders (I should’ve learned my lesson and just went to the north shore mall!). Place is always a mess, orders are never right, and of don’t even think about ordering double meat as you’ll be lucky to get a single portion!

Got buy one get one free bowls. When u checked out the big guy with glasses at the register charged me full price. When I told them he just said “oh sorry you already paid for it” I was in a rush so I couldn’t argue but you bet I’m going to dispute the whole purchase with my bank.

I don’t order Chipotle often and will never again after a recent delivery experience from this location. The food came quickly, but was severely lacking in quality and accuracy. Pictured here is a “Veggie burrito bowl”. Notice there are no beans, a few onion slices and half a piece of romaine lettuce! This is so bad, we just had to laugh it off and order from somewhere else.

This place is the worst, ordered a couple of burritos.literally 60%just rice and the borritos were half the size of a regular borrito, no ingredients, asked the employee who had no notion of costumer service and all he had to say is that they run out of most of their ingredients. To me this is the last time ordering from this place, i d rather go someone else no wonder all these bad reviews.

Just not run well. Slow. Endless lines. Ordered online and had an hour long wait past pickup time. Made the mistake of trying again, and waited 1.5 hours past pickup time. No communication with any customers waiting. Never coming here or ordering here again.
UPDATE: Year later and I thought… I’ll give them a second chance. Placed order online only to see the sign on the door in Photo 2 on the door. Fail.

Honestly, disgusting. I have been to this chipotle on multiple occasions and every time it got worse. Today, steak was dry, rice was hard, and I’m soo happy I paid $4 the RATION of guac I got. Also paid for extra chicken and got NONE. The place is rancid and they rip you off. This location is a disgrace to chipotle.
