This place has to be one if the most disgusting chipotle ive ever been to. The restaurant is a mess, filthy, uncleaned tables , floors and the drink station to the trash area is just gross. The are understaffed and the workers are doing everything from preparing the food and cashier (wearing one glove) its absolutely disgusting. Imagine someone paying cash and they give them change w the same glove and making ur burrito and spreading cheese w the same glove. They need to take restaurant hygiene seriously

Honestly, this locations service is god-awful. I’m writing this review because I ordered chipotle online at 8:30, it’s 930. I just went in there, there were no customers in there, and they hadn’t even started my order…? This is a common occurrence whenever I order online. The portions are OK, can be inconsistent but not really too many complaints. I just wish they were a bit bigger at times because chipotle is so expensive, I know pricing is not their issue though. I would just really appreciate them to be more efficient.

Guys. Ordered for pickup, got home, opened the bag and this is my $11 burrito. One star and I’ll be disputing this as a fraudulent transaction with my credit card. Next time I want a 300 calorie “meal” I will get a frozen burrito from whole foods for $1.99.

I honestly loved the first time I tried this Chipotle. Big portions, happy staff (which, looking at the other reviews, may have been a lucky chance). I would go all the time—if they were ever open! Twice now I’ve tried to go, and there’s a piece of printer paper stuck to the door, saying their closed “due to reasons.” No Chipotle brand labeling or anything. Are the workers on an impromptu strike? Genuinely so confusing.
UPDATE: Increasing my review due to a particularly positive experience today (01/20). Excellent portions (see picture) and a mature and respectful staff. I have a suspicion that school being back in session may have something to do with the better experience, but assuming I’m wrong about that, this is a great direction and a marked improvement over what I’ve known this Chipotle to be previously. Thank you!

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Ordered on the app for pickup and was completely surprised. First of all the team doesn’t even use the pickup shelf. They have the food on a cart next to the cash register and when I saw mine on the cart, the team said I could just grab it and go – a little worrisome given that your hands are technically in the food space. The food was unappetizing and inedible. I don’t even know how a burrito that small could be wrapped in foil and be leaking. To make matters worse the burrito was cold. I was honestly very nervous to eat this so I tossed this straight into the garbage and went somewhere else.

so far, the staff i have met have been very kind. portion sizes are good, but vary quite a bit. went in once and got a hefty good portion and came back a week later and the bowl was barely filled. only complaint.

Saw some very nice folk working there. They’re all young adults, 18-25 years or so, but they work diligently and with good intent. Definitely nice to visit as it’s near other places in the plaza at your convenience.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, the staff is insanely rude. The food is always dry or overcooked. They are constantly out of stuff, but do not tell you until you’re halfway through making your order and then get upset when you say that you do not want it. I asked for a bag of chips after being annoyed my bowl was missing half the stuff I wanted because they were out of stock and I asked for the chips, the worker grabbed the last bag, and another worker came around the corner and said that she wanted to take those home with her, and she took them from his hand and walked away The cashier proceeds to tell me “sorry we don’t have any more chips“. Staff seems like they hate being there and puts that onto the customers, I try to give it a second chance over and over as it’s the closest chipotle to my house but this is the last time

Unfortunately, this place has been very disappointing. Additional paid items like extra meat or extra sauces are often missing from the order, which is frustrating since you’re paying extra for them. On top of that, the food quality and portion size are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s decent, other times it’s noticeably worse or smaller. Not surprising to see so many negative reviews here.

Says they’re open till 11:00 but don’t go in there any later than 10:00 cuz they won’t have anything left. Pretty pointless to be open till 11:00 but not cook anything or have it ready an hour before you close. Thanks, Chipotle
