Don’t order takeout here. I placed my order online, and about three different people canceled it. When I asked what was going on, they told me they have too many staff but don’t care about takeout orders at all. I ordered from another Chipotle further away, and it arrived faster than from this branch. It’s a shame that even the manager doesn’t seem to care.

most disgusting restaurant experiences I’ve had. The entire place was filthy — dirty floors, sticky tables, overflowing trash, and an overall unsanitary food prep area. There is absolutely no excuse for a food establishment to operate in these conditions.

After reading previous reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-time issue. Multiple customers have complained about the exact same cleanliness problems, which tells me management is either ignoring the issue or simply does not care. That level of negligence is unacceptable when you are serving food to the public.
A formal complaint with Chipotle corporate as well as the local Board of Health will be filed.Health and safety standards exist for a reason, and customers should not have to worry about sanitation when walking into a national chain restaurant.

This location needs immediate attention and proper management oversight.

I’m a Chipotle fan. I don’t usually leave terrible reviews, but this Chipotle experience truly earned it. I came in at 3pm on a Sunday—not exactly peak chaos time—and somehow every single table was filthy. Not “needs a quick wipe” dirty… full-on abandoned dirty.

The vibe was pure chaos. The restaurant music was playing while employees were also blasting their own music from the back, creating a confusing remix no one asked for. On top of that, there was only one meat option available, and the line moved at an impressive snail’s pace.

It was painfully clear there was no manager on duty, because I can’t imagine any manager being okay with employees screwing off while the dining room and food selection looked like this. I love Chipotle, but this location was wildly unorganized, dirty, and frustrating. Please do better—this wasn’t just a bad day, it was a management problem

if I could give zero stars, I would. I am not a picky person at all and I always support staff, especially in chain restaurants. This was unacceptable. Tonight, I arrived at this chipotle around 6:30 PM. I stood in the line that was out the door (on a tuesday, mind you) And decided to place a mobile order instead. My pick up time was at 7:15 so I got back into my car and chilled out. I went back inside around 7:30. I proceeded to wait for my order until 8:45. when I walked in, the entire floor was flooded, presumably from a drink machine. That’s fine, not a problem. I understand that it is out of the staff’s control. There were about 25 other people besides me waiting for their mobile orders, and the staff was not making any mobile orders or helping the people in the regular line. There was one person helping the people in the regular line, and about 7 staff members standing in the back corner gossiping with each other in Spanish. I understand Spanish, and they were just chatting it up while there were people that had been waiting there for well over an hour. If you would go up to the counter, they would act annoyed that you were waiting for your order. I have never had a problem with this location before, and I have no idea why the staff was acting like this tonight, especially when it’s so busy. At one point, they had 5 mobile orders that were completely ready just sitting behind the counter, not at the mobile order pick up counter, just on the countertop behind the main counter. A lady that had been there for well over 30 minutes with her 2 young children, asked three times if they could hand her her order because she could see it taped over with a sticker, meaning that it was done. All of the staff members completely ignored her. They turned around and looked at her and turned back around and went back to talking. She decided to walk around the counter, grab her order and just walk out. I wish I had done that, but I don’t have the guts lol. I waited an hour and 15 minutes total inside the store for my order, even though I went into the store 15 minutes after it said it was completely ready. There was a poor boy that had been waiting there since before I got there and his order was for 7 PM. It Was well past 8:30 at that point and he had still not gotten his order, even after asking the staff multiple times if they were almost done with his order because he had been waiting for over an hour. They would act like they were going to look for his order and then completely ignore him. If I had done this at my customer service job, (also in the food industry) I would be fired immediately. This is completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this location again. I understand if it’s a slow day in the staff just wants to have fun or if they want to chat while they work. I do it too. But when the line is out the door for both mobile orders and in-store orders, they should be working on the orders and not just standing there talking. And when I say they were not preparing the orders, I mean it. they were standing in a little corner just talking to each other. Then, when I got home, after finally getting my order an hour and 15 minutes later, my bowl was missing three items, had the wrong rice, and the wrong meat. I’m just appalled because I have never written a review before and have never taken anything back in store or have never spoken up against slower customer service because I understand it, but this was just insane. Everytime I go to chipotle I tell myself never again, usually due to some combination of bad service and the location being disgustingly gross with trash spewn about. I went against my better judgement for the first time in a year because I had a free burrito. It is now 3am (12+ hours later) and I am still throwing up and diarrhea’ing. This is it I will never go back.

After putting up with this horrible place I finally had enough. Just as everyone else says this place is absolutely filthy. The tables inside and outside the restaurant are covered in garbage, the floors look like they haven’t been swept in weeks, and the counter itself where they’re preparing your food is absolutely disgusting it makes me nauseous.

Additionally, the staff here are rude, lazy, and clearly don’t care about their job. On more occasions that I can count, they have messed up my online order either giving me the wrong food entirely or forgetting an added side that I paid for. On several occasions, the chicken and fajita vegetables have been raw so I’ve had to throw out my meal entirely. Today was my final straw when I went to pick up my mobile order and as soon as I got to back to work to eat I noticed that they gave me the wrong bowl yet again. Luckily, work isn’t too far from this location so I drove back and went inside to get this fixed. The staff look like they wanted to kill me when I mentioned that this was the wrong order. The young lady who was making bowls even argued that this was the correct order.

I would never return back to this location at this point. Horrible food and horrible staff.

I’m not usually one to complain, but I ordered at 5:30 a pickup order for 5:40. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:40, and was told it was coming in a few. The app indicated the order was ready in a bag for pickup at 5:40 pm. I then proceeded to wait until 6:25, 45 minutes for my order. While I watched other people come in, order, eat, and leave. Several times over. This is unacceptable. I voiced my frustration to a staff member and he yelled at me that there is an order of orders and they are understaffed. That was simply untrue since I spoke with others waiting who had later pickup times than me and received their orders before.

Infuriating how they don’t use the shelf space for take out/pick up orders. They have a giant shelf specifically for online orders that they don’t use, so you have to awkwardly stand around the front of the line, directly next to the bathroom, cramped around others waiting to pay for their food or ask weather or not their online order is ready or not. Absolutely crap shoot, definitely the worst chipotle in the area, highly recommend Woburn or Burlington because the food is better (chicken is always chewy at this location) and THEY USE THE TAKE OUT SHELF. It’s wild cause the shelf itself is doing nothing but taking up space making things MORE cramped in that little corner by the register. Some of the employees are nice though

It’s a typical Chipotle, convenient location with lots of free parking. The interiors could use some decor (the white walls and grey exposed ceiling structure don’t contribute much to a pleasant and enjoyable visit).

I visited around 12:15 pm on a Friday, lunch time. There were several people waiting in line, as only one guy was at the serving area, but the employees in the kitchen worked diligently and efficiently. The food was good, like any other Chipotle. Part of the drinking fountain did not work, and the cashier didn’t have enough change for larger cash bills.

I appreciated the recycling bins, they even take aluminum. The restroom was clean, with a dual flush toilet. Thumbs up for both

Considering the general shortage in workers in this economy, they’re doing a good job here.

This Chipotle is solid. The older Mexican gentleman serving gives great portions every time — definitely the most generous I’ve seen. Food tastes great and the service is fast. Always a good experience here.
