I have to say, this Chipotle has seriously gotten their act together over the past few years. Food is always fresh and hot, store is usually clean and staff is on their game. Portion sizes are also incredible here, quite worth the money. My only complaint is there is one employee there who always seems very grumpy and not happy to be there. She is typically working register, and every time just seems miserable. Kind of kills the positive atmosphere there.
Anyway, I spoke with the manager tonight in shock that they still have Honey Chipotle Chicken weeks after other Chipotle locations have gotten rid of it. They said, “I always make sure to keep our special meat option around until the next one arrives.” That alone tells me the store is quite customer focused.
That said, make sure to get the chicken while you can! I was told it’ll be gone after September 4th, 2025.

This location needs serious oversight. I went in at 10:30 PM (still open) and they were already completely packed up and cleaning. Rice, beans, everything was removed from the heating stations like they were closing early. On top of that, there was a cleaning bucket out and around the food area, which is absolutely disgusting and a huge health concern.
After working for hours, I was starving and looking forward to a meal, only to be turned away in the most unprofessional way. I had to drive to another Chipotle just to eat. This isn’t the first bad experience here either — clearly judging by other reviews, this is a pattern.
If you’re open, serve food safely until closing time. If not, lock the doors. This place feels unsanitary, poorly managed, and honestly should be inspected. Do better.

If I could give zero star I would. The boy who was making my bowl looked so mad and he was just throwing the stuff in my bowl with an angry face. Also I have to say about the place that is totally dirty everywhere, the tables, trash and the refills. It looks like nobody cleaned it for the whole day ( I came at 7pm). Their manager really needs to take an action on that because I was extremely disappointed.

They couldn’t get my $25 gift card to work, which I had just gotten for Christmas and had never used yet, so I left very hungry and very unhappy, and the burrito bowl that they had made for me went in the garbage which is sad, unless they just deconstructed it back in with their other ingredients which is gross. If I had the money, I would’ve just gone to MEXICA instead. They’re half the price, and there is one in Billerica and another one in Tewksbury.

This experience wasn’t great. We decided on chipotle because of the new release of the steak veggie fajitas quesadilla from TikTok. When I got my order it had no veggie or vinaigrette which I explicitly ordered. Also my wife’s burrito was really terribly constructed and fell apart completely. This chipotle has disappointed us on 3 separate occasions.

Looks like my food was just thrown in the bowl. They had not cleaned the food area in a while (area too bright for a pic)!and the dining area was gross!! I hope I don’t end up with food poisoning.

My take out order today was half the quantity of what I normally get.
I tried calling to tell them that and the automated machine wouldn’t put me through.
Be prepared to pay full price for half the quantity.

Apparently this is double chicken…I don’t know why they charge extra for extra meat if they only put a scoop of meat in the bowl. Why can’t we get the right portion if we pay extra for it?One particular staff member serving food looked irritated for just working there. When he got my order wrong he grabbed the peppers with his hand to remove them from the bowl, not coming here again. Chipotle is on a down trend for service & portions.

Thru the app I ordered two chicken bowls yesterday, pickup time 6PM. Both were nearly the same. Chicken, Brown rice, veggies, guacamole, corn salsa and cheese. My order had 2x chicken and medium salsa. Here is what we got;
White rice, chicken, veggies all cold and flavorless.
Both orders were missing, guacamole, corn salsa, cheese and mine the salsa as well.
Absolutely unreal that any restaurant could have a person prepare food that clearly doesn’t care about what they are serving and cannot follow a simple online order.
I should be fully refunded for this. As most of it ended up in the garbage.
This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever gotten food from. Drastic changes are needed here. I am very unlikely to order food from this Chipotle ever again. I cannot recommend eating here thru the app.
