I ordered on the app. First off, absolutely terrible service that you can’t make any changes after the order is placed. There is no way to actually speak to a person. Then I pick up the food and leave. Upon opening the food I find the burrito bowls half full with the smallest portions I’ve ever seen from chipotle. Again no way to talk to a person. The app is 0 help asking to fill out a form and then cutting off the conversation.

It was 1:40pm walked in to get a nice meal for myself and my friends. I asked them if they had more steak and they refused to pull any out or even say hey give me a few mins to cook up some more. Crappy customer service.

Chipotle have increased the price of the bowl, but reduced the portion. Today I went to this location and they are telling me it is the same portion…. I am not a fool and not eating chipotle for the first time. Even though the CEO says they have not reduced the portion, but the location did reduce the portion. Who is correct in this case.

I brought my family to the Chipotle in Marlboro today and was honestly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and super attentive. Our food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared ! you can really tell this location takes pride in what they serve.
One thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. The dining area was spotless, and even the bathrooms were extremely clean, something you rarely see in most restaurants these days. As a parent, that makes a huge difference.
I definitely recommend this Chipotle if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a place you actually feel comfortable bringing your family. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve been too in mass since the fire, asked if I could PAY for extra rice because they serve portions for a child, they said no. Food is always bland and never fills me up used to come here all the time miss the old staff. Not my weekly chipotle anymore

This location does not offer cups for water?! They literally denied us free water and stated that’s their policy. I’ve been to Chipotle’s all over the country and they always offer free water cups. It’s a corporation and the experience should be consistent. I will never come back to this location.

Mariana Baril is extremely rude and not qualified to be a manager. Not only was our online order not ready when it was confirmed ready on the app. They then did not make out food for an additional 20 minutes with very low in store traffic. We notified them immediately that our order was not on the shelf in which they removed the other bags from the shelf to the back. We then waited for our bowls by the pick up station when Mariana rudely told us to move away. I then explained to her that our order was late and no one was making the bowls. Finally when they made the bowls I asked if we could receive two free bowl coupons for the late food and poor service. She barked “we don’t give those for late food”. Which is odd because the bag says “promised 3:40pm”, but maybe she can’t read English. She then wrote a number on a piece of paper and said get out and to call that to leave a review. I called the number in front of her which angered her greatly and sent her to the back of the store not to seen again. The customer service representative on the phone was extremely nice. Took feedback and gave us free food. Must of had a similar call about this location because be seemed extremely understanding after seeing the order.

I normally love Chipotle, but my experience at the Marlborough location was honestly disappointing. First, the bathroom toilet was absolutely disgusting clearly not checked or cleaned in a while. Then my burrito came out cold, which is crazy considering how busy they were.
On top of that, I paid for guac on my bowl and didn’t get any. And the queso I ordered rang up as five dollars just for a tiny side. When I went up to ask about it, the employee told me, “Oh no, you just ordered the regular,” like it was my mistake. Five dollars for a side of queso is ridiculous, especially when the order was already wrong.
Overall, messy experience, bad service, and definitely not worth what I paid. Hoping they get it together because this was not it.

My experience with this chipotle is usually very good but this was ridiculous. I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos. My tacos were supposed to have lettuce and be filled like a normal taco. It was so empty I practically only had the shell. Oh, and on top of that the shells were stale. My burrito wasn’t wrapped and it made a huge mess. I don’t know if it was training day or something but I hope this doesn’t happen to others.
