By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I love Chipotle and usually go 4 times a week, I was away from my usual location and decided to give this one a try. The place was extremely dirty (even the silverware), I overheard a different customer to ask it to be replaced. The counters were un wiped and nasty. The chicken was super burnt & super dry. The cashier was beyond rude, and started rolling her eyes when I asked to add a drink to my order. Go to a different chipotle! A 5-10 mile drive to the next one is well worth it.

6:15pm Thursday 7/13 I went there for a quick takeout meal. When I arrived there were two guests at the register and no one in line to order. I stood at the glass waiting to order and watched as one worker cut and cook chicken, one worker made chips and 5 workers stand in the back talking. The two worker saw me but did not acknowledge me nor did they get someone to help me. After 4 minutes I left. This location has gone down hill.

I should have read the reviews before coming, but normally Chipotles are good, there is poor quality here, poor customer service, and the place is dirty, many employees, but nobody cares about cleaning the tables, the place where the cutlery should go there is garbage. After eating I went to the bathroom, I think that if I had gone first I would not eat there, if the bathrooms are like that I think that the kitchen also has the same treatment.

All of the food had brown guacamole. I would have not ordered the guac if I knew it would look like this. Would’ve saved $9. I called the store, it’s like this because ‘the humidity has been high the past few days’. So helpful tip for anyone: don’t go to this chipotle when it’s humid, easy!

If I can give this place a 0, I would. The amount of disrespect from the employees here. I understand they are busy at times, but everything was just unorganized. Mobile orders aren’t even getting their orders until half an hour later, the lines are to the door, and the way they speak to customers is crazy. I mobile ordered while on my break for work. This is my first time at this chipotle so I wanted to give it a try. I waited over 25 minutes for my order to be “picked up”. After It said it was ready it still wasn’t there. I walked in 3x too… after they kept delaying my pick up. After half an hour I got into my car opened the bag and they put nothing in my bowl that was said on my order. I ordered steak in my bowl as well and there was NONE IN THERE. Nothing but beans, and lettuce. I didn’t order beans, and I AM allergic to beans. This is ridiculous. I suggest not going to this location at all, as their service is terrible.

Just had a terrible experience at this chipotle. I ordered a three piece taco meal and picked up in store. When I got back to my car, there was only one ‘taco’ wrapped in foil. Upon further inspection, the employee seems to have taken a quarter of a burrito tortilla and tore it into three little pieces as a replacement for my requested hardshell tacos. Now no associate made me aware of the change to my order when i picked up so i went back inside to see why this happened. The girl working just said “Yea idk we ran out of taco shells.” Any other question I asked regarding it was met with one worded answers until she finally offered a replacement. I asked what sort of replacement and she gave me a bag of chips. If it wasn’t already bad enough, the chips she gave me as my consolation prize were beyond stale.

This branch is absolutely filthy. There is trash everywhere, the ice machine was broken and the counter was so dirty that the foil wrap was covered in cheese and aour cream from previous orders. This is board of health nasty.
