This is the worst chipotle to order from. We’ve ordered from here multiple times on DoorDash and they constantly skimp out on portions. This bowl is “double chicken”. Total rip off. Do not order from here!!!

I rarely write bad reviews – but this chipotle visit today just really solidified that it’s too frustrating to go to chipotle anymore for a meal.
Today – I was charged $1.60 for something that is free on the burrito bowl. I don’t like to put the red salsa on my bowls because it makes them soggy so I asked her to put it on the side. Again I didn’t get any red salsa on either bowl and asked for it on the side. When I rang up and got the receipt I had a $1.60 charge for a side. When I told the cashier I didn’t get a side he said “well you got the salsa on the side so it’s a side”. They stood their ground and refused to refund me. Absolutely ridiculous . So they charged me for essentially a side of guacamole or queso for something that comes free on the burrito.
It’s not even worth it to try to complain to corporate or online because they never respond , take weeks to refund online orders that were wrong or never received.

We have ordered from this chipotle multiple times and it has been wrong EVERY time. I would go to a different chipotle if there was one closer. I am not going to order from chipotle anymore if my money is wasted on food that is incorrect. Below is a picture of my order vs the food we received. one needed double protein (costs extra money) and received none meat. The other had guacamole (also costs extra money), and received none.
Normally I understand that chipotle is busy and we are ordering delivery, so there might be mistakes if we don’t go in person. But I am sick of wasting my money on food I do not receive. Currently messaging chipotle to get my money back.

What a shocking disappointment. I got some food for dinner, a quesadilla, a taco, and queso. The taco was completely unmelted and ice cold, as if it never was heated in the first place. The queso was chunky and thicker than sour cream. The quesadillas were almost redeemable if not for the sopping mess of grease.

Always manage to get my order wrong, I have a dairy allergy, and I often get cheese AND sour cream despite it not being on my receipt. You’re NOT able to call the store (or online orders) to let them know when preparing your order either. They don’t give much food and have consistently messed up my order. if you have allergies, I would not rely on this place. If you’re going, go at least 2-3 HOURS before closing because they will give you the least food as possible, especially online! it sucks because I love this chain but this location specifically has let me down multiple times. Fair warning; I would rethink before ordering here especially if you have a dairy allergy.

Just recently went to this chipotle and was met with extremely poor customer service. I ordered a salad and burrito. Burrito was leaking and not fully closed and the salad was missing the dressing. I realized this when i got to the car and the bag ripped from all the juice leaking from the burrito. I went inside and asked if they could remake the burrito and give me a dressing for my salad. At first I was told no, but after consideration he (chris) decided to let me get another burrito. He refused giving double chicken which is how i had ordered it, and made me pay for the dressing that he forbot to include in the original order. On top of this Chris gave attitude and argued with me in front of customers and staff. Unacceptable behavior.

I think they might have been running low on food today. My barbacoa plate was only half full, even though I ordered extra rice. I had to dig around to find any meat, and they also forgot to include my sauce. I checked the bag quickly before leaving, but only realized how little food I got once I got home. Very disappointed with this experience. Note; just received this note from the owner. It says to write them in the link provided. Again, i think its just an AI response because the store I was today is not even listed in their directory so I couldnt do anything and didnt let me place a complain.

The food quality and service is awful. Super skimpy portions, unwilling to add even a little more rice, they act like the bowl of food costs $5. No way im gonna spend $12 on a meal and the premade bowl isn’t even filled to the sides.
My friend even recently applied and when explaining they were following up, the manager hung up on them…

I have never had an order that was wrong and the food has always been what I expect.
The service is another story. The woman that packages the orders during the weekday afternoon is the most uninviting rude person every time. I don’t go as often because her attitude is atrocious! Every time I leave feeling as though I have done something wrong. Not a good feeling.
