It’s chipotle so it’s a hit or miss but this location is pretty good, they always have rewards and points for free guacamole, or chips. There’s also plenty of tables if you want to dine in.

This has to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Waited at counter for staff to even acknowledge I was there. The store was not busy (8pm on a Tuesday) but the place was an absolute mess.
Eventually a staff member did come to take the order at the counter. Unfortunately they were out of chicken, out of corn, low on everything else, the chips were stale, and at the register I was advised “we don’t have any ice, your okay with that right?” No actually when I order iced tea I would like ICED tea. When asked if they had ice was told no they didn’t “…but Jersey Mikes next door did…”. Very helpful but lame! They said it has been not working for a long time at the shop and it is a broken part that hasn’t been replaced.
From what I can see; This place has been steadily going down hill. After seeing what they had and hearing that they were without basic things I opted to go elsewhere for dinner. There are dozens of other places in the area and Chipotle in Westborough Mass is definitely not worth the money or time.
Does management know or care what the conditions are here?

Rude staff and laughably small portions. The employees acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering zero friendliness or basic customer service. It honestly felt like they were irritated that I was speaking English, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, the portion size was a joke for the price barely any chicken and skimpy sides. If you’re going to charge me, at least treat customers with basic respect. Won’t be back.

Probably the worst Chipotle experience I have had in a while.
The good parts is the inside seating area being adequate for what it is suited for. And the food looked freshly stocked. It’s quiet on the inside but thats where it stopped
The bad:
Every other chipotle i have been to has both given me a free cup for water as well as an extra salsa on the side when I order chips. Here, they charged me, the cup was $3.68 for a fountain cup because supposedly they didn’t have cups for tap water. And as well when I asked for an extra medium salsa they only gave me one medium salsa with no explanation. I am unsure if I will return but this visit seemed like a ripoff of my money

Grabbed dinner around 6:30pm on Sunday evening. The employees on staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered Barbacoa tacos and my husband got a steak bowl. The food at Chipotle is always amazing, just as it was for this meal! The restaurant itself was very clean – every table top not in use was clean 🙂

Not a review of the place. But today I paid for the food of a young lady. It was sometime this afternoon. All I know is she was wearing a striped shirt and she had brown hair I believe. I was wearing a green shirt a ball cap and light Beige pants. I didn’t think anything of it at first. But right now I’m thinking. Wow! She was really beautiful. If she sees this. And she noticed any other feature on me that might stand out. What was it? And if she’s interested. Let me know through a review. I’ll figure out how to contact. I’m genuinely and truly interested.

Had to pull out my elementary school ruler for this one.
I ordered delivery through the chipotle app. I usually go to pick up from this location bc I don’t like to spend the money for delivery, but this day it was very cold and I was feeling lazy so I went ahead with it. I ordered a burrito w guac & a small side of chips and queso. After taxes & delivery, I spent $32 (before tip) which is way too much but I did agree to it.
I have never received a smaller burrito in my life coming in around 4.5 inches.
I was flabbergasted. I couldn’t stop laughing at how comically small it was.
To quote Shakespeare “I don’t know how to define the length of burrito, but I know it’s not supposed to be that small.”
Especially if I’ve spent $32 dollars.
On top of this my burrito only had half ingredients I requested, I asked for pico & green salsa and corn and etc and it was just rice sour cream lettuce. It was the correct protein. So they got that part right. But also this world’s smallest burrito was also MOSTly rice.
It didn’t taste bad. It’s just literally I paid $32 for mostly rice.
OH ALSO. I went to complain about it, got sent to their chat AI bot called “pepper”, told it my complaints, and then it said “sorry about that!” And then closed the chat request.

This location used to be good but since they have new manager the service has gotten worse. I am not sure what is wrong with the new store manager she always seems to be mad specially when you use the coupon available on chipotle app. Every time I go i get extra guac and she says 5 times that guac is extra. I know guac is extra. We have been eating chipotle for years and know this very well. One time one of the employee charged extra so I told the manager that bill seems higher than what I was expecting as we usually have exact same order. She didn’t believe me and keep insisting the employee charged the right amount. I asked her to give me receipt. I had to show her item by item and then she realized she charged me extra for one item that we didn’t buy. She now blamed it on an employee who was new but it wasn’t her fault because I was talking to the manager and she was in denial not the employee she was blaming. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake. Few times we have gotten guac and it had huge chunks of Jalopeno and today they had huge peace of Avacodo that couldn’t be smashed. Unfortunately kids love chipotle and this is the closest location but it is about time we find another location even if it is far. The manager is just rude.
