Stopped by Chipotle Mexican Grill – Leominster and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and didn’t hold back on the portions at all. My burrito bowl was literally overflowing by the time they were done — I could barely get the lid on . Everything tasted fresh and loaded with flavor. Definitely one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had. I’ll for sure be back!

Chipotle never disappoints. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with fresh ingredients, fast service, and flavors that hit just right. The portions are generous, the food tastes clean and customizable, and the staff always keeps the line moving—even when it’s busy. My bowl was perfectly balanced, the guac was creamy, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Aamir is the best

Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or a reliable dinner, Chipotle is consistently delicious. Highly recommend!

Worst Location, don’t bother.

Staffing issues have been up and down over recent years and even though they seem to be mostly fully staffed at this stage (I write this in December 2025), it does seem like everyone who works there has some sort of issue with customer service.

Prices for Tiny portions. This has gotten out of control. If the management is training everyone to give tiny portions, then it should be posted how much of each meat portion one is expected to receive when one makes an ordinary order because leaving it up to how a random employee’s scoop will behave on any given day is resulting in itty bitty portions, for which is it literally pointless to pay for a burrito or a bowl. People come to chipotle because they are hungry and want a well rounded, great tasting meal. You’re not going to get that at this location for any price— you can pay more and have bad meat preparation or bad attitude from the customer service food service clerks — or you can pay less, but still a substantial price ($14 or so) for meat that isn’t even present and sauces that have been sitting too long or over or undercooked meat and way too much sour cream without enough rice or beans and zero proteins. Then they want to upsell you on every sauce and add-on but they can’t nail the main product: the burrito.

Honestly, I have stopped eating here over the years and have recently decided to give them a try again, but it’s the same story, different set of faces: not worth the money and you’re just going to leave angry that you spent any time and money when you could have just gone home and made yourself a burrito with grocery store ingredients and 30 minutes of time to meal prep (with leftovers for tomorrow).

Not worth it. The only reason you’re stopping here is because you’re desperate— so just remember that the next time you drop by this location and ask yourself if it’s worth getting frustrated and being served too much or too little rice and a crap ton of sour cream and cheese because they don’t want to serve you any protein for $14 or even $17.

Two weeks ago I bit down on a piece of hard cardboard. Last week I went and the same veggie bowl I’ve always ordered went from $11 to $14. I don’t know why prices needed to rise that much but that’s too much to risk chewing on cardboard.

I also witnessed what seemed to be the manager yelling at an employee, so that was awkward.

I have learned to ONLY ORDER IN PERSON to have a good experience at this location. I can attest from multiple experiences when ordering on the app/online the portions are very small and the order is usually incorrect. In person I can’t complain and they always give good size portions when you order it in person.

I also agree that the dining area is always messy, not sure whose job it is to clean up the dining room but clearly that person isn’t doing it or doesn’t realize or care it’s their job.

I went to Chipotle to pick up an online order. When I went inside, the food wasn’t ready, so I asked if it was being prepared since pickup was in one minute. The lady up front was nice and said the guys were making the order. After arriving at home, my first bowl had little scraps of chicken and a bunch of rice. My second bowl had chicken, a bunch of rice, sour cream, and cheese. The sour cream almost took over the entire bowl. My burrito had barbacoa, salsa, and sour cream. I ended up throwing my bowls away because it was mostly rice on the first one, not even sour cream, and the second one was basically all sour cream. I then called the restaurant to ask why nobody told me they were missing ingredients. If I knew that was the case, I would’ve just canceled my order. The lady then apologized and said I should’ve been told they were out of the ingredients, and it was because the truck didn’t arrive. She then told me she couldn’t give me a refund, but if I call 1800 Chipotle and say that she authorized a refund, I’ll receive it. After contacting them three times and having two out of three of the agents pretend they couldn’t hear me and hang up on me, I gave up. I spent $45 on food that I didn’t even eat. I then contacted Pepper, and they offered me free guacamole and an entree. How does that add up to $45 worth of food that is in the trash???

I’ve never gone so far as to review a Chipotle before, but it needs to be said: this is the SLOWEST Chipotle in HISTORY!!! It’s unbelievable. Don’t ever think you’re stopping here for a quick lunch break or grabbing dinner on the way home after a long day. There is no sense of urgency in this store. I am not even sure why they have a “Chipotlane” if they can’t even handle making the food on time. It just causes the drive thru to build up around the whole building. Then you get old, soggy chicken on top of that. Yikes. Not to mention you order double chicken and they just give you the same amount as normal depending on the day/person. Is there not a standardized process for this? There better be for an extra $4.10.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but after eating at this location, I became very sick within a few hours. I experienced severe nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting, which makes me think the food may not have been handled or stored properly. I’m really disappointed because I’ve never had an issue before, but this experience was awful and concerning. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews food safety and cleanliness practices to prevent anyone else from going through the same thing.

While i cant attest to the issues other customers have had, I came here late on a Sunday Night and Amanda was working the counter.

She absolutely nailed my large complex order with good portions and was fast.
Would come again and recommend.

We ordered 2 Burrito Bowls and the steak was cold and the quac was not cut up well, terrible. The Chips & Guacamole were disgusting, they don’t cut the avocados well and the guac has absolutely no flavor. The portions were very little, and although the food seemed fresh I would not order from them again. It was so expensive for what it was. I don’t know how this location is still in business.
