When they first opened in Gardner I thought the food was amazing. Experience was clean, tasty, friendly. But, as time passes the servicer don’t look happy to serve you, okay its people, its life, and its Gardner..?. Sometimes rice tasted brittle, hard, but I did not complain, felt weird digesting it though. Today, a hair, yes the hair?! Embedded deep. Hehehe… okay It happens, I get it, but, I felt I needed to post it and let this be known. I pull out the hair, and I’m going to eat the food because I don’t want to waste food, and with the thought of poor hungry people in the world or thought of going hungry for days in the desert . Hope its the only one, hehehe. It will be a while before I return to Chipotle though God I loved the Chipotle food though…Best of no hair! please…Hmmm…

I’m back…Aah..Hi just wanted to comment, I can’t help it. Please do something about that huge black fly doing kamikaze, its November?! and whats that gunk you just pulled out from black bean pan with your rubbery hand and trash tossin like its nothin?! didn’t know that before asking for black beans… Holy?! that lettuce edge browning good?… and finally please wipe down unknown fluid residues on counter before you fold my food over it… and that dude doin the cookin? he slow masta street cookin? hehehe just what appears to da eyes… yeah I paid for it and ate it… cuz flys be friends and the unknown fluids gives super powers… Be tidy and clean yall makes me feel good about eating them food… anyways sometimes you get clean sometimes you got weird just gotta time it right…hmmm

I’ve been hesitant to visit this location after reading so many negative reviews, but as someone who’s generally enjoyed Chipotle in the past, I decided to give it a fair shot.
I went in around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn’t crowded—no line at all, which made the ordering process quick and easy. I got a steak burrito along with a side of chips and salsa. The burrito itself was generously filled and nicely wrapped, with a good balance of ingredients. The steak had decent flavor, though it did taste like it had been sitting in the pan for a little while. Unfortunately, the chips were on the stale side, which was a letdown given how good they usually are.
That being said, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the service overall was smooth. While not a perfect experience, it wasn’t terrible either. With a few improvements to freshness, I think this location could easily rise above the low expectations.

Portion sizes are fantastic compared to other nearby locations. Staff very friendly. Clean. Lines move very quickly. I’ve had beans there once and they were not seasoned at all but other than that fluke experience, the place is def a better location

First time going to a Chipotle and it didn’t disappoint, I ordered a chicken bowl with rice,black beans,cheese sauce,salsa and more,it was a great portion for the price. And it was so filling and amazing taste. I ordered a drink along side it. Sat in the restaurant, it’s quiet nice atmosphere. Clean as far as I could see,and very busy. I will definitely go there again.

So my wife placed an online order at around 4:30-4:45pm, got the confirmation stating the order will be ready at 5:10pm already paid online. Arrived 5:15pm saw no orders in the pickup area so I waited while a few customers we attended to then i asked an associate if they could check on my order, she came back and so no such order then i asked to check again and she came back with same answer and asked if i was at the right store. I showed her the order and she went back and came back with the same answer so after waiting about 20 minutes i asked what is the hold up and she said she has to ask a mgr about it so after maybe another 15 minutes she asked what was on the order, i informed her and maybe another 10-15 she made my order, leaving the store at around 6:05. I would have canceled the order but it was already paid. Long story short. I’m done with Chipotle. Not the second or third time having issues here with orders. Also none of the sitdown tables were clean at all.

This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible – the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about the customers. On top of that, the portion sizes were the smallest I’ve ever seen from any Chipotle. When I asked for extra cheese, the guy literally grabbed a pinch with his fingers and sprinkled it on, like it was some rare topping. That was the final straw. I walked out and refused to pay for that order. I will never go back to this location, and I’d recommend others do the same.

Ive been meaning to leave a review over the past three times I’ve gone. Every single time the portions have been great!! if something is off don’t be afraid to ask for “a little more ___”” they’re always super kind about it , i have no complaints, the food in those great portions have always been great, barbacoa, honey chipotle chicken, steak, i was only disappointed when they first opened, a girl was too shy with the portions even after asking for more. The current staff are phenomenal i hope the ratings change they deserve 5 stars im always well fedd!! ❤️❤️
