Last night 3/7/26 I placed a mobile order and it said that it would be ready at 7:50pm. I arrived in the mobile order line at 7:45pm and there was a long line of cars in that line. It took 45 minutes to get to the drive through window. Once I arrived to the window, a woman asked what my order was. I told her my name and stated that I ordered was 3 chicken tacos. She said that it will be just a few more minutes. I explained that I sat in this line for nearly an hour and that it was already supposed to be done at 7:50pm she said it will just be a few minutes and closed the window. 10 minutes later another worker asked me what my order was and I told him the same thing I had just told the woman that came to the window. He asked me to pull around and come through the line again. I explained that I had already been waiting in this line for an hour and the food was supposed to be completed at 7:50pm. At approximately 8:50pm the worker checked the bag that had just been sitting near the drive through window and he apologized and said this was my food. I drove into the parking lot and tasted it to see if the quality of my food was still good and my tacos were freezing cold. I went back into the line and asked for them to remake it and I gave them back the tacos. The guy told me to wait 10 minutes and apologized and handed me a bag of chips “for the inconvenience”. I waited the 10 minutes in the parking lot to not hold up the line. I noticed the mobile order line was full again so I went inside and asked for my food. When I walked inside I noticed the place was completely trashed. The worker handed me my food and when I opened the bag I noticed the food was just tossed in there and so were the side sauces. This experience was the worst customer service and worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I will NEVER come back to the Springfield location and will only be going to the one in Chicopee where the service is actually good. No shade to the workers, I’m sure they were extremely stressed, however this is not the type of service that I want in the future. Springfield Chipotle, please do better.

Please don’t eat here I got raw chicken and when I asked for a refund the general manager Peter Martinez said that I should eat somewhere else if I don’t like the Quality of the food here ! He is extremely rude and unprofessional!how is this guy a general manager!

Unfortunately this store needs to step up its game. Service is pretty slow, almost 30 mins for an order despite not being busy like other stores are. Employees are not very helpful either. I hope it gets better with time

All employees were extremely rude. I never leave reviews but the service I just received was one of the worst. There were 2 people in front of me and I spent 30 minutes waiting to order my food. They gave me very small portions and when another customer informed them that they ran out of forks they practically rolled their eyes. I will never be going to this Chipotle again.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I just bought a total of 7 different tacos, and 6 of the ones with pico de gallo were extremely salty. I honestly think the guy added extra salt in the back because that amount of salt was not normal at all. If you don’t want to work or provide good service, why open another location? It’s unbelievable. My money was completely wasted.

Someone please explain why you have a drive thru for pick up when they stare at you and ignore you? Just shut the channel down if you can’t handle it. Today was my first time ordering from this chipotle and let me just say that I am so disappointed. Based on the quality of my food, the employees are clearly careless. I ordered a large bag of $12 chips and queso and there were like 10 total chips in the bag (which were very salty by the way). My burrito was absolutely disgusting. The tortilla wrap was either insanely stale or overheated because I couldn’t even chew it off. On top of that there were so many missing ingredients and they put an absurd amount of sour cream, which tasted disgusting. I felt like I was having a sour cream burrito. On top of that, I paid $4 for guac in the burrito and there was no guac. I can honestly say that I’m going to forever stick to the East Longmeadow location. I expected this location to be a lot better than the other locations considering that they just opened but unfortunately that is not the case. They pretty much just hired anybody and everybody and didn’t even take the time to train them clearly just because they wanted to open up so quick
