I feel sick. I’m not sure who looked more like they didn’t want to be there; the employees or the proteins. I’m seriously debating whether or not to stick my finger down my throat and expelling the demons. The chicken was the only thing that looked prepared in February, so I went with that. The girl at the counter was straight up not giving a flip and unhappy. The joint was downright dirty. Dirty tables, dirty floor, beverage station was dirty. What happened post covid? Did the shots do this? Did Trump do this? Why is everything so bizzare? The burrito was horrendous and the chips were so stale they lacerated my gums.

People working are in a rush and are outside smoking pot and don’t even care about their work. Place is a dumb… Tables not clean.. Soda not even fresh and beyond terrible. Food is overall good but they don’t give you a lot in the bowl. Also the employees were on their phones and I heard one of them mentioned that the dishwasher wasn’t clean since 1 in the morning. Definitely not coming back and probably will tell others.. do better!!!

Came here around lunchtime and was immediately felt rushed through my order. I asked for 1/2 chicken 1/2 carnitas and was given MAYBE a quarter scoop of each (like 5 chunks of chicken and the smallest pinch of pork). The server, who was the manager, never gave me time to try and discuss my order. My bowl was passed to a very polite young woman for toppings and she was clearly training, which I understood and had more patience but someone really should have been guiding her on how to properly build/portion the bowls.

When I got around to paying, I was under the impression that I scanned a code for free chips and salsa. Apparently this wasn’t the case and I was charged extra anyway. When I realized this and went back to try and fix it, I was given an attitude by the cashier and told that I “never scanned anything”. She proceeded to call over the manager, who I dealt with at the start and was offered a free drink cup. I don’t drink soda but took the cup because I was just over it at that point; and apparently because they charge for water cups regardless.

When I got home and opened my chips, they were all crushed and basically crumbs. Also was given the red hot sauce instead of the mild salsa, which is what I ordered to go with my “free” chips. On top of this, it was a very messy establishment, as stated in multiple other reviews. This place would rather rush and blow through the line once it gets slightly busy instead of taking the time to make sure each customer is satisfied. I’ve been here a few times now but never again.

I love Chipotle and I’m happy there is one in Northampton, however, the tables and floors are very dirty. Either you need more staff to help clean up or you need to better train your staff to clean more frequently.

I asked for a wipe so that I could wipe up my area, I was told to wait and that someone would come wipe up. And that I could use a napkin to wipe my area, was ineffective.

This Chipotle has one of the most absurd policies I’ve ever encountered — they refuse to give out water cups. When I asked why, I was told that if I wanted water, I could pay several dollars for a bottled water instead, which is crazy at a fast-food restaurant, especially as a paying customer who already bought food. Charging extra for basic hydration with a meal is beyond ridiculous.

What makes this even worse is that this exact incident happened twice within the span of three days, both times when visiting this location and both times with the same worker. It wasn’t a one-off misunderstanding — it was a repeated experience.

During both visits, the staff member assisting me — who was transgender — was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the interaction involved sarcasm, eye-rolling, and an unnecessarily hostile tone over a simple and reasonable question.

To be very clear, the issue is not who the employee is, but how customers are treated and how poorly this policy is enforced. A bad rule combined with consistently hostile service makes this location an easy one to avoid. Management seriously needs to address both customer service training and the logic behind denying water unless customers pay extra.

There are plenty of Chipotles that don’t treat customers like an inconvenience. This is not one of them.

If I can give it no stars I would. I love chipotle, I go to chipotle atleast 3 times a week maybe more and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. There was one person in front of me. He got cashed out and the employees continued to talk to him and not once ask if I was ready or someone would be right with me. So I just let didn’t say a word. The cook starts giving hand gesture to other employees like “oh well” that I left. I get chipotle doesn’t lose money by loosing one customer, but customer service is everything. Come on chipotle, teach these employees about customer service.

Smallest portions I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The employee gave 1/2 scoop of rice and legit 1/4 scoops of everything else. Even shorted on sour cream and cheese. My burrito bowl looked empty. Service was fast and they were nice, the product itself is the issue. I will not be coming back here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered lunch from here in a time crunch, barely finished half of the burrito before throwing up multiple times at work. The thing is, the food looked fresh which is very concerning. This is not the first time I’ve heard this happening at the Noho location and I wish I knew prior to wasting money. Proceed with caution.

If I could put no stars I would I went and got a bowl the amount of rice was so low and i politely asked for more and the guy gave me a face , the beans were cold , the steak pshhhhh she only put half a spoon , the cheese and lettuce were so low as well I couldn’t believe what I was paying . Then for the beverage which was a lemonade come to find out it was just water this chipotle really made me upset
