Genuinely the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. I have no idea why anyone would eat there! We were there for 45 minutes and it just got increasingly worse. I understand there was a rush, but it was only the first 15 minutes.

Food tasted good. Service was friendly and nice. It was our first time there so she explained everything. The mild “salsa” is not salsa, it’s pico. The chips are THICK. And for $2.30 you don’t get very many but it’s okay, I’m not going to eat them.
The price is way too high. We could have gone to a Mexican restaurant and been waited on and had real chips and salsa for the same price.
The floors are not clean and we were there 20 minutes after they opened. The music was so loud we couldn’t talk.
We definitely won’t eat at a Chipotle again. Just not worth the money. I took pictures but don’t see a place to post them on here.

Do not under any circumstances go to this location. They are always out of every single thing. They had no protein today of any kind. I’m just confused how restaurant management is so inept. It’s ridiculous, might as well close at 6pm if you aren’t going to stock anything after that. Don’t give me any waste management BS to save profit, because there are always 4-5 employees in the back screwing around. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO SUBWAY AND IM WELL AWARE OF WHAT I JUST SAID.

First time eating at this location. I haven’t eaten at Chipotle in a very long time as I really do not care for them. I was pleasantly surprised. My wife had a veggie bowl, and I had the chicken. I had to ask for jalapeño. I’m surprised that a restaurant that calls themselves a type of Mexican eatery, that jalapeños aren’t an option to choose from and readily available.
The food was decent. We might eat there again. One thing they need to fix is table cleaning. It was busy when we arrived, but half the tables needed to be cleaned. I understand being busy, but I’ll wait a little while and understand that you need to clean.

11/2025 Picked up a to-go order from Chipotle and everything was spot on. We ordered a Sofritas bowl, three crunchy tacos with Sofritas, a chicken and white rice bowl, plus two bags of chips with guac and green salsa on the side. The order was ready on time, packed neatly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Perfect grab-and-go meal and exactly what we were craving. Great experience!

We’ve stopped by the Chipotle in Bulverde several times to either dine in or pick up food to take home. This time we ordered inside to take home. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get our order together. We usually get sofritas burrito bowls, my husband adds three crispy tacos so he can make his tacos at home, and our daughter gets her burrito bowl with chicken. The chips weren’t quite as fresh as they usually are (but still good and didn’t stop us from enjoying them), while the entrees and sides were, as always, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The noise level was normal to moderate — at times a bit loud, but never bothersome. This location is consistently a great spot for a quick, tasty meal.

It’s a shame. We waited along time for this one to open but every time we order, our food is mostly rice and isn’t even a full bowl. It’s the only chipotle that seems to do it around here so it must be a management thing. I’m not going to continue to pay 15 bucks for a bowl of rice and sour cream. This last time they forgot to give us our sides as well and didn’t find out until we got home 30 mins later.

After 30 minutes of AI nonsense.. my call was transferred to a call center in India yay! The script reading person was useless and said let me transfer your call to the store.. back to the AI endless loop.
It has been 10-15 years since we ate at a Chipotle restaurant was not impressed then at all. We figured eh, lets try them again.. Well, another fail, so instead of spending money at a mega chain that has a India call center we will stick with the mom and pop restaurants.
I had a order through DoorDash. DoorDash did a good job, the store sent the wrong item. I ordered a burrito they sent a burrito bowl instead. Disappointed. Stopped by for lunch today, and the experience was far below expectations—especially for an $18 meal. The chicken was fatty, stringy, and tasteless, which was incredibly disappointing. Portion control was another major issue. The initial serving of rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and the cheese portion was embarrassingly small. I politely asked for more of both, only to receive a minimal adjustment.
The chicken portion was equally frustrating. I kindly requested a bit more since what I was served was clearly insufficient for a standard portion—and I was still charged for double chicken!
To top it off, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming. No gratitude for my business, just rudeness.
I won’t be returning.

This restaurant was dirty. Every table. I asked someone if he could clean the tables. He asked which table. I said they were ALL dirty. He cleaned only the table I specified and the one next to it. The rest he left untouched. We had to return the chips because they were stale. For a fairly new establishment it was not clean. Food was all over the trash receptacle. There appears to be a total lack interest in cleanliness.

Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Reading does not seem to be a strong suit of the employees working here. Given them multiple opportunities to get it right but there’s been an issue each time – usually items forgotten. Totally incompetent at a very simple job. Definitely never spending money here again. There’s a reason they have 2.7 stars lol
