Nasty!!! I’m disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I barely received any meat, didn’t get the sour cream or queso I ordered, and an excessive amount of fresh tomato salsa was added, which made the bowl watery and unpleasant. This was not worth the price, and it’s frustrating to pay for items that weren’t included. I expect better consistency.

Marcus especially provided me with excellent customer service! He deserves a raise! And the lady at the register actually charged me the correct price for once! This was the best experience of Chipotle I’ve ever had! Lobby could be cleaner though.

Clearly the worst Chipotle we’ve been to so far. We are huge Chipotle fans and decided to explore this location. First we were overcharged for what is our usual standard order. Next, the restaurant had flies, poor hygiene and a horrible stench. The area by the drinks and condiments was badly flooded. The customer service was equally disappointing with no accountability ! Still love Chipotle but Do not recommend this location!

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, spend $60 only for every single item on my order to be wrong like missing several key items such as blackbeans, lettuce, vegetables like what?? And the meat was overcooked so much it was CRUNCHY. Go ahead and spend your money but this place is a joke management does not keep stock up in the restaurant so they will make your order knowing they are missing the ingredients and just let you go home with nothing of what you ordered then when you go back they admit to being out of those ingredients… to put it into perspective I have more hope for the popeyes on S gloster to get my order right than this restaurant.

Service was very quick. There were a few people in line in front of us but didn’t even have to wait more than a couple mins. Staff was nice and helpful. Only issue I had was how small the garbage can lid was.

The first food handler, her gloves were dirty which made the inside of my bowl dirty so i asked for a new bowl and she got an attitude with me. I requested guacamole and was charged but did not get it. Food was ice cold in 10 minutes and i had the food in a hot bag.

Gross. I just moved back here so I used to eat at the Chipotle in southaven and it was pretty good so I went to this one in Tupelo and never again. I can’t explain what that taste is but no. Never again. And the rice wasn’t done.

First time Chipotle visitor, so I have no opinion about how this location stacks up against others. I ordered online through the app (says I will get reward points plus a free chips and guac on my next visit), and it was incredibly easy.
I opted for a chicken burrito w/ black beans, tomato salsa, green salsa, sour cream and fajita veggies. The flavor was good, especially the chicken and black beans, but I would have likely enjoyed it more at the restaurant because it was soggy by the time I got to my destination. Chipotle lesson learned! I also ordered chips and queso. The queso had a gravy-like consistency and zero flavor. It was not even remotely appetizing. The chip portion was suitable, but the chips had so much salt that they weren’t edible. I won’t be opting for that as a side again, that’s for sure.
My drive-through experience was fast and pleasant, and my order was ready and correct.
