We noticed the new Chipotle just opened and decided to try it. We ordered three meals to go. The burrito was the biggest I have ever had, packed with fresh ingredients and great flavor. Everything was prepared quickly, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Overall, a great first experience, and we will definitely be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I had to. This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years.
The portion sizes were shockingly small. I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like I was paying full price for half a bowl. The rice and protein portions were so incredibly small that it honestly looked like they were rationing food. I asked for a normal serving, not extra, and still walked away with barely anything in my bowl.
This Chipotle also has two separate Google listings, which conveniently splits reviews. My review is only visible on one of them, which makes it harder for people to see honest feedback. That alone feels shady and misleading.
Then the employee had the audacity to ask, “Did I make your bowl perfectly?” That comment was almost Hysterical considering how bad the portions were. If that’s considered “perfect,” then the standards at this location are extremely low.

I had a BOGO coupon for a free entree to celebrate the opening of this new location. I tapped my card, and the employees insisted that I didn’t pay even though I showed them my bank account showing I paid and them giving me a receipt! They made me tap my card again, saying the initial charge will be refunded. It currently has not. I Was double charged on the single order. Very concerned the employees have not received adequate training on their register system.
Edit: was eating my entree and there is several pieces of uncooked rice and small hard pieces of god knows what. Go to any other chipotle.

Went to this new Chipotle it definitely has a learning curve, but it’s a newly opened location, hopeful they will work out the kinks.

The workers here are awful. Took 10 minutes to make 2 burritos. 1 was finally made right, the burrito for my friend, who is Muslim, was filled with pork. We stated multiple times carne asada and they had given this guy pork. We were already in the car when we found out and did not notice because they had to remake our order several times. About a $50 meal for something my friend could not even eat, genuinely disappointing how bad this franchise has become.
