Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

Amazing people that worked here they made sure my daughter had a lot of fun with the coins with the vending machine. The cookies were delicious and the people there just full of energy for that time of night and just great overall restaurant will definitely recommend to friends and family.

These cookies were absolutely delicious. I was blown away at how fresh they were and how perfectly crisp they were on the outside yet moist and fluffy on the inside. I got the mint chocolate chip and s’mores cookies and they were both delicious. The s’mores cookie has a unique touch with the melted marshmallows on top and the best part was they were buy one get one.

I was skeptical but after trying these cookies I was honestly impressed. They were delicious. They staff was very nice and informative. Tried the CnC, choc fudge, oat cran, and oat meal creme pie. Each one was distinctively different but all were super good. Will check this place out again.

This review isn’t about the quality of the cookie because they are delicious. This review is about dealing with management and chip city customer service itself.
My daughter had a wonderful idea to start a blanket drive for the holidays to visit nursing homes in our community and hand out blankets to residents who have no one for the holidays that visit them.
As an additional idea my daughter thought maybe some local places could donate a sweet treat to bring to these people to make their holidays a little better. I had reached out to the store numerous times with the information and contact iinfo and never received a call even when the district manager was in store that day. Also emailed chip city customer service twice and wasn’t even acknowledged. If they were unable to donate I can understand but a response would have been nice… some kind of response.
I find it absolutely bride and disrespectful. I figured it would have been good for business also to show the store helps out the community for a good heartfelt cause but I guess not.
I will really rethink my decision when I need a sweet treat in my life to go and visit this store.

I came for the cookies, stayed for the coffee.
Sad to say, I was underwhelmed by the chocolate chip cookie. It did not taste fresh. I asked if they warmed it up – they said the cookies are under warmers – but it wasn’t warm enough… got it with the ice cream, which was too icy.
The coffee however – got an iced latte. They have an espresso machine and made it i fresh and it was delicious – I’d go back for just the coffee haha
The decor is fun and whimsical. They had indoor seating and all the staff was lovely and kind.

We went in and it smelt amazing you just get hit with the sweet smell as you walk in.The person working at the front helping us was very kind and very helpful when we needed help picking from the many delicious looking choices.we walked out with the cookies and as soon as we took our first bites we were in loveeeeeee.we got the chocolate smores,smores,and the chocolate chip cookies and they were all amazing and so moist and soft on the inside and just the perfect cookie.Will definitely be coming back for more.

When you walk in, the smell of fresh baked cookies wraps you in the most welcoming hug! Inside is filled with seating and photo opps as well. There is a good selection of cookies, and you can add ice cream to the mix as well!
Staff is really helpful and friendly…patient as well!
The cookies are thick, and a portion of them are stuffed as well! I would say these are like a shortbread consistency. Absolutely tasty and so addictive! Definitely get your money’s worth.
Parking is not the best, but there is an extra parking lot by the bank (behind Chip City).

Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with such a bright presence by the employee working (we wish we asked for his name!). Cookies – fabulous and obviously fresh. Ice cream – delicious. Customer service – excellent. 10/10 experience everybody needs to go here!
